October 29, 20232 yr Author Moderator I’ve got as far as the payment fields for Digi-Key and the parts will be shipped from the US. Is there a British company I can use instead? I'd expect that most of the smaller British companies would be sourcing the parts from the same big guys like Mouser or Digi-Key- it's probably cheaper than investing in their own local stocks... October 30, 20232 yr Author Moderator A surprising phone call at lunchtime. It was Chris. I won't go into what we discussed but he's offered to drive down to me at the weekend and fix the broken switch. My order was dispatched this morning so I should have the parts by the weekend, I've asked Chris to post something here. Hopefully he will. Ray (Cheshire, England). November 4, 20232 yr Author Moderator As promised Chris arrived at my house this morning and replaced the stuck button. He also replaced the other button on the same side as it wasn’t responding to every action. We discussed the future of the company but I’ll leave Chris to announce that. He has confirmed he has a viable plan for the future and it sounds good to me. @SergeyPe, I’m very grateful for your help in identifying the replacement parts. Up and running again. 👍 Ray (Cheshire, England). July 21, 20241 yr I’ve also just had the red button failure - it’s stuck in the down position. This is the second time this has happened to me - first time was a few months after purchase and Chris sent me a new yoke handle to replace the broken one. Now, a year or so later, that replacement handle red button has also failed. Noted the instructions above about fixing the issue. I am not able to do that but I have a friend who might be able to do the replacement thing. Question, does the replacement button switch need to be the type mentioned in earlier posts or could any similar-sized button that fits in the yoke be used instead? We’re here in New Zealand so don’t know if those button switches are available here. Thanks John

May 23May 23 Finally, one of the push buttons stuck.I ordered a C&K 8125 switch from a supplier in Taobao and successfully replaced the defective one in the yoke. As mentioned by some other users, the feel of this new one is a little bit different. The travel is slightly shorter. Here is the link of a photo of the two switches. The one on the left hand side is the C&K replacement while another one is the original defective switch. https://www.amazon.com/photos/shared/L422uVuYQCuFwy_NhvdAQQ.j6n7jjFYYqtkxLCM4CSMrr [email protected], ASUS TUF GAMING Z690-PLUS WIFI D4, Noctua NH-U12S, G.SKILL 32GB Kit F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC Trident Z Neo RGB DDR4 3600MHz, SanDisk Extreme Pro SSD 1TB, WD Black SN850X NVMe SSD 4TB, Inno3D RTX 4080Ti, Cooler Master V750 Gold 750W PSU, Win11 Pro, Dell 24" 2408WFP 1920x1200 30 , Fulcrum One Yoke, MFG Crosswind V2 rudder pedal, Saitek Throttle Quadrant, Logitech Cessna Trim Wheel, Saitek Multi Panel, DIY Cessna 172 Radio stack (via Arduino/MobiFlight), Air manager V5 on 10" 1920x1080 monitor
