I finally went to a friend that invited me some time ago to try HotStart Challenger in his XP11 installation. I also installed in his XP11 my visuals using X-Vision and ARO and some custom sky textures.
Firstly, we were both amazed. Me because of Challenger and how good it is, and he because how better his sim looks after my tweaks.

After cold&dark start, and some systems familiarization, I took off with a big smile on my face. What an addon. Not going to lie, but all other sims look like a toy after flying in a Challenger for a bit.
After a bit of flying, I decided to follow some close AI traffic, to test manual flying.

And yes, I'm 🤏 this close to purchase the Challenger too. Like really really close. Not sure I will resist. The only issue I have is the price/hour ratio. I don't fly much, and when I do, I mix addons. So I might end flying it just couple of hours per month, at max. That means it will cost me like 10 bucks per flight in the next 6 months. 🙂

Enough of talk. So, following Volotea near Thira/Santorini in a Challenger:

So I bought this aircraft on day of rerlease which is coming up to two years in Jan 24....its the best plane you can fly on any desktop sim on...it beats them all and I have them all, well all the top not planes and on the other platform aswell, fenix, pmdg ...they are great but I cant put this plane down....I fly it all the time and I love it, I love walking out to it and opening the door and walking up the steps etc....its amazing....I so wish you could do that in other x plane aircraft including FS2020...I love walking up them stairs....its mega!! God knows what the A220 will be like when its finished....Cant piggin wait!!!!! 👍

Here I was thinking "OV-099 is now in X-Plane?"...

The gameplay beyond the aircraft is very intriguing, but the price...the price...

One of my favorite islands (I was there 4 times) - recognized it immediately. And it's the reason why I built a scenery for the whole island some years ago.
