January 16, 20242 yr Anyone know what determines where the ground crew is and/or how to move them? They seem to be in random places and corners. Would be nice to have them in front of the FBO's where they really exist and oriented properly etc... Thanks! SAR Pilot. Flight Sim'ing since the beginning.
January 17, 20242 yr Probably the same Artificial Intelligence that thinks driving fuel trucks down taxiways and runways is a good idea. Sorry, I don't have your answer. I disable crash detection and run them over when (not if) they get in the way. They always seem to come back healthy. -J 13700KF | RTX 4090 @ 1440 | 64GB DDR5 | 2 x 1TB SSDs | 1TB M.2 NVMe
January 17, 20242 yr Somehow I don't see them as much as I used to anyway. I think some airport mods remove them. I agree it would be nice to place them just as you pick a spot when you first create a flight plan.
January 17, 20242 yr This is not really providing an answer to the question but if you want to remove them for an aircraft then change the following parameters to 0 in the aircraft.cfg file: [SERVICES] FUELTRUCK = 0 BAGGAGE_LOADER = 0 CATERING_TRUCK = 0 BOARDING_RAMP = 0 GROUND_POWER_UNIT = 0 PUSHBACK = 0 SMALL_PUSHBACK = 0 MARSHALLER = 0 JETWAY = 0 Edited January 17, 20242 yr by Saffa_Jake812
January 17, 20242 yr Yep, I run 'em down too. Same with the taxiway lights on pylons that are in the middle of the taxiways. I roll right over 'em because it's impossible to avoid not doing so. Ryzen 7 7800X3D/B650 X AX | 5090 | 32gig | Win10 | Pimax Crystal Light
January 17, 20242 yr Silly but I involuntarily cringe when I start taxiing the King Air knowing I'm going to mutilate someone with my prop. As real as it gets? 😎 Brian MacMillan Intel Core i9 14900KF/64GB RAM/RTX 4080 Super/LG ULTRAWIDE (3440x1440@100Hz)
