I miss FS9

Well, if we're nitpicking, editing an AFCAD could be understood "decompiling the software", but I had more than my fair share of armchair lawyering...

Well, there are some of us (quite a few, actually) who still use FS9 as their primary Platform. Those of us on fixed Incomes who cannot afford the expenditure of a new Computer. Those who don't have t

I started out with FS2002 right around 2008, and made the jump to FS9 in 2010. I knew right off that I'd never have the $$ to get a suitable computer and make the move to FSX, so I stuck with "Nine" a

I'm certainly not being an armchair lawyer or an internet policeman, after being a beta tester for quite a few developers, I've realized how much work goes into a product & for me, modding someone's hard work, and putting it out there is akin to piracy or intellectual theft. Just my thoughts about it.

Anyway...

Ah, that's another thing and I agree with you.

Well please don't get me wrong.

I am not putting out somebody's hard work that I have payed for. I have only made it useable for my private joy.

And if I have done something to the public before, it was freeware and I had the permission of the author.

The fact that I showed my work here in picures I did on some payware stuff for my own delight, is not piracy.

That's all I have to say here.

I have a mixture of various textures I've sourced over the years. VOZ, Aime Lerclercq. There was a Swedish set. Lennarts I think.  GePRo.  TNW. Orbx FS9. And all the freeware sets available. I've changed so much as I like experimenting. Sadly I don't know what those Rock textures are as they look great. They could be TNW rock. The forest I THINK is Aime Lerclecq although it could be orbx. Back in the day I took Aime's 4096x4096 HD forest textures for FSX/P3d and converted them smaller for FS9 use. That could be them.

I use Sweetfx and add some sharpness.

I'm not sure how to use SweetFX.

Could you possibly help & explain?

VOZ

Hi @JSMR028! Nice to see the screenshots of your sim. I haven't heard of this add-on namely "VOZ". If it's possible, then would you kindly send me a link for downloading it.

Thanks!
