San Diego !!!! 
Issue solved now we will be able to use the BMWorld KSAN merge with SamScene, and the problem of the lack of Downtown will be a thing of the past.

Wow, the amount of 3rd party add-ons being released every week for MSFS is amazing. Every time I check the MSFS forum here at Avsim, I see yet another new add-on released, lol.

I hope it's compatible with the LatinVFR version as well...BMWorld do good looking scenery but all that doesn't matter when its horribly optimized.

I'm not sure about solving an issue. I'm actually very disappointed . An area between airport and  Sea Port Village, USS Midway, Hornblower peer are melting wax. It's iconic to San Diego down town I'm wonder why it was omitted

Is there nothing on flightsim to covering this area?

Not a good news. However, in their other City Scenes products, they have been very receptive to criticism and comments from users, and have responded effectively by improving the areas, I hope this time it will be the same case.

3 of the 4 Texas cities I've been to. Too bad my income is not in USD. As soon as there's a sale, I'll get it.

Main rig: self built, AMD Ryzen 5 5600X with PBO enabled (but default settings, CO -15 mV, and SMT ON), 2x16 GB DDR4-3200 RAM, Nvidia RTX3060 Ti 8GB, 256 GB M.2 SSD (OS+apps) + 2x1 TB SATA III SSD (sims) + 1 TB 7200 rpm HDD (storage), Viewsonic VX2458-MHD 1920x1080@120 Hz, Windows 10 Pro. Runing FSX-SE, MSFS and P3D v5.4 (with v4.5 default airports).

Mobile rig: ASUS Zenbook UM425QA (AMD Ryzen 7 5800H APU @3.2 GHz and boost disabled, 1 TB M.2 SSD, 16 GB RAM, Windows 11 Pro). Running FS9 there... sometimes on just battery! FSX-SE also installed, just in case. 

VKB Gladiator NXT Premium Left + GNX THQ as primary controllers. Xbox Series X|S wireless controller as standby/travel.

I’m doing the same, as I did with the first two modern cities packs. They do go on sale fairly often.
