Remove Dune loading screen

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

Does anyone know how these Dune loading screens can be removed? I'm really not a fan of this.

Thanks,

Christian

We were waiting for the latest SU to do that, but unfortunately that was delayed, so we are stuck with Dune until SU15 drops.

You can use Parallel 42 Stripr and you won't see them: https://parallel42.com/products/stripr

I disliked the Dune loading screens so much I bought Stripr from Parallel//42. That was the only way I could find to get rid of them.

I'm not one to nitpick over nonsense but I'm definitely on team "the Dune loading screen is trash"..

Same. I think it might be worth the 15 USD. Maybe. Both the sim loading and flight loading images are very nice.

Looks fine. I like the "retro-futuristic" look. Asobo, please keep the Dune loading screen indefinitely.😀

I just go and make a cup of tea while the game loads up. Or look out of the window, or something.

The only thing keeping me from buying it (read into that as you will). Like, you paid real life money for it, yet they still feel the need to insert a stupid watermark of their product on the loading screens.  Like, get that word not allowed off my loading screens. I paid you. You got your money. Why are they promoting their own product on something you paid for?

Silly as it may sound, I'd rather put up with their watermark than put up with the Dune screens.

Didn’t notice the watermark until you mentioned it. Can’t unsee it now. Thanks, now you owe me 15 dollars.

Sorry my friend but when someone asks me for money for a product I tend to deep dive..

Avsim never disappoints! Are y’all going to start shaking your fist at the clouds outside next?

It’s a loading screen of a video game. Sounds like everyone has some fragile egos. Does the dune screen make you all feel like less of a make believe pilot?

seriously, this thread is hilarious.
