April 30, 20242 yr Sounds like Captain Sim will be rescinding their policy/practice that blocks third-party repaints starting with the next edition of the aircraft, version 1.1. A repaint kit will be released. (Statement in their official forums). Along side this, I understand that new sounds will be included for the aircraft, as well as bug fixes. More livery packs are also coming, but may be no factor due to the mentioned repaint policy change.
April 30, 20242 yr Those are positive steps toward me buying this plane someday. Certainly looks that way, also Terry @Lord Farringdon, it looks like they're planning to make the ramp and doors workable during flight. Maybe they are at least partially reforming their ways. Time will tell. I think they realized that Blackbird/Miliz will launch (hopefully soon) their C-130J version (although this one comes with a glass panel). It is beyond me why those SC people always start with a new plane and try to screw us and then, with pressure from the market, finally cave in. Any attempt to stretch fuel is guaranteed to increase headwinds My specs: AMD Radeon RX6700XT, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, 32GB RAM, 34" monitor, screen resolution: 2560x1080
April 30, 20242 yr I hope, maybe there 737-200, 727, 707 coming back with working Cockpits as it was in the old days, i would be very happy about it and the path shown by the C-130 could make it possible. Seems there are people at CS now they can bring the old cockpits to live for MSFS.. I loved CS's work back in the FS2004/FSX days ! cheers 😉 08.2024 new PC is online : ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-F GAMING WIFI Mainboard, AMD Ryzen™ 9 7950X3D Prozessor, G.Skill DIMM 64 GB DDR5-6000 (2x 32 GB) Dual-Kit, MSI GeForce RTX 4090 VENTUS 3X E 24G OC Grafikkarte, 2x WD Black SN850X NVMe SSD 4 TB - Drive C+D, WD Gold Enterprise Class 12 TB for storage HDD, Thermaltake Toughpower GF3 1000W PC - Power supply, Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 EVO CPU Aircooler with 7 Heatpipes, Design Meshify 2 White TG Clear Tint Tower-Case, 3x 4K monitors 2x32 Samsung 1x27 LG 3840x2160, Windows11 Prof. 23H2 - now Windows11 Prof. 25H2 Flightsimulator Hardware: Honeycomb Throttle Bravo, Logitech Extreme 3D Pro, Logitech Flight Joke System, XBox Controller, some Thrustmaster stuff, Winwing CDU Panels.
