April 25, 20242 yr I thought I had read that the issue(s) with the above feature were fixed. I am in the Beta for SU15. However, when I go into General Options and select Full Screen and hit OK, my screen goes black for about 5-10 seconds and then the options screen appears again and the system has not switched to full screen mode. Thoughts??? I was just trying to use regular windows settings in the corner of the window and windows shows I am in full screen mode but MSFS shows I am in window mode. Don't know how to get all that working properly again. April 25, 20242 yr Do you know how to access your UserCfg.opt file? You could try pasting in there: - FullscreenBorderless 1 It's on about the fourth line down, and might say 'FullscreenBorderless 0' if it isn't working properly at the moment. Afterwards, save the file (save a backup first before you edit and save anything just in case!). Check the other settings round and about this one while you are in there, such as screen resolution etc., to see if they make sense as well. You shouldn't have to do this I know, but I am wondering if it is a windows issue as well, as I am having to push Alt-Enter to get some other titles into full screen just recently. Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio. Intel 14900K in a Z790 motherboard with water cooling, RTX 4080, 32 GB 6000 CL30 DDR5 RAM, W11 and MSFS on Samsung 980 Pro NVME SSD's. Core Isolation Off, Game Mode Off.

Everything in Usercfg.opt is set correctly. This is frustrating. April 25, 20242 yr Author Well I just did some things as a test: Went into the Device Manager and deleted both of my monitors. Then restarted my machine. Then reinstalled my GPU driver. Now everything is working as it should. Not sure what was going on but at least the above steps resolved it. Although there is no logical thing, that I could see, that would have any effect on the matter, I thought I'd give it a try. Ya'know what? I was right! 😀 The World is divided into two groups. Those who say "Give me a link" and those that provide the link. WWG1WGA
April 26, 20242 yr I had the same thing happening to me when I tried to use vsync in the game settings. I didn't like working with GSYNC in my NCP.
