RayM I've not seen a tutorial, from memory this is how I set it up (others may use it differently!). Left hand controller controls the Left hand screen. Press PFD to control PFD functions (I normally have it set on PFD), to control the split screen on that screen press MFD on the left hand controller. From what I have heard the VisionJet's Left screen is always split (although in the Sim you can use Full screen). The middle controller I set to MFD for the right hand screen, stays that way, if I split it I'll control both splits on that controller (90% you can do both splits from the middle, although I rarely split the right screen anyway). Basically I use the middle controller for 90% of the work as it's always on MFD. If I do want a second controller on MFD for Flightplan changes or info, then I will change the Left over temporarily. Right hand controller I set to COM, stays that way. Once you've got it setup like that it's like any G3000 aircraft, main thing (for me) is to get the 3rd controller on COM and rarely touch it... RayM You can control which screen gets which by rotating the little knobs (not at my PC at the moment to show a picture). Once you do this the very top (blue bar or magenta bar) changes to the screen that is active. Then you can press map or FPL or weather/traffic ok that screen. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |
June 23, 20241 yr Author Thanks all for your suggestions and comments. Like most everything, nothing teaches like experience. I will spend more time sitting on the ground and playing with the knobs. Regards. Ray When Pigs Fly . Ray Marshall .
