The Gizmo error was probably due to the server not being active.
Later when the server was active again I no longer had the Gizmo error and the license renewal proceeded normally.

My only way to backup things is to copy everything important on my external HDD storage, but again, what if it fails? (I'm running to the store to get 2 more). 🙂

I can highly recommend a couple of SSDS, dont expose you to the internet, dont need it, and makes you far less vunerable to piracy. You want you data out there for teh world to see, not me./

That definitely "a" viewpoint, even if most of it's incorrect.

Yes I could too, just like the reason why people write all teh logins and passwords in books and sticky notes, But at least I know whos looking. Than there was the MS outage, and websites going down.

What was that a hacker said 15 years ago ir so, the only safe pc is one locked in a room,  not connected and turned off. I've being around a while.
