August 16, 20241 yr This is a short repositioning flight from Green Bay, WI - Milwaukee, WI I initially filed 16,000 but with a small layer of clouds I opted for a quick climb to FL180. Routing today was KGRB BJB KMKE. I'm flying the turbocharged piston Duke with a phenomenal livery by TimHH. MKE by iniBuilds and GRB by XWind. MKE is the busiest airport in WI and GRB is the 4th busiest. August 16, 20241 yr A very nice informative tour, Ryan. Didn't know about some of the smaller airports and landmarks you've pointed out...otherwise I'm quite familiar with this area. When I used to visit Madison often, I did make north up to Green Bay a few times... never to a Game...though...🙂... Years ago, when I'd visited Milwaukee, they had just done a lot of (touristy) development around the Lakefront area...it was lovely... BTW, the (immortal) Duke in MSFS...so great to see this classic here ...🙂... [Forgot to add: Since you've mentioned the breweries of Milwaukee ...🙂...During one of the visits, the factory gave (used to give) free tokens for beverage redeemable anywhere in the city...made good use of it...🙂...The city is not too far from here, should make one more trip sometime...] Edited August 16, 20241 yr by P_7878

I have the same Duke - wasn't a huge fan of it but I tried helping the developer when it was initially released. 19 hours ago, SP2472 said: The Duke screens always look good Ryan. It's not bad in XP10, it all works and the flight model is ok and there is a piston and a turbine version. In XP11 there are some issues, it's not really updated. But I keep my XP10 as well, great sim.
