Rob, great video. I wish I could get it to work like that, but find it hard to understand how to ocnfigure.I wonder if you could help me with how to setup EZ_walk camera. If you look at my post just above yours, you will see that whenever I start EZ_Camera the scrolling around in the cockpit is extremely, painfully slow, no matter how I set the controls in EZ_Camera. Also, does EZ work in SLEW mode internally or externally, and if so what should one disable from the FSX controls to avoid it effecting aircraft location - mine slewed miles away from where it was.Appreciate some guidance, either from someone or the author of the programme.Regards,Stuart

>>I tested this utility with Track-Ir. Track-Ir support (and>>HAT-SWITCH) in next relese after christmas. >>Did it work with TrackIR?Ok, answering my own question, i'm using it with TrackIR. Great little program. It's nice to set the cockpit view in the cabin of a jet (preferably to a sit over the wing). Then when i press F9 and enable TrackIR i get the cockpit view and use TrackIR, when i press F9 again and disable TrackIR i get the passenger view and can move in the cabin very fast. Awsome.

Try putting the smoothness at .9 and the speed right in the middle then adjust from there .I'm not sure about slew mode as I haven't used it that way.

>>Also, I found that when in spot view I suddenly found myself>miles away from the aircraft with very blurry textures>everywhere, then having memory issues.>>Regards,>StuartThat is not "spot" view but the "walk view" and unless you update it to your current aircraft location it always ends up where you left it. You need to enter a flight and put your aircraft where you want the camera, switch to the EZ program, click on the "Place Camera" button and then restart fsx.Rob

Thanks for this wonderful little utility :)A few notes from what I read on this thread:1) Vista works fine, just make sure you extract the contents of the zip file to a folder and run the exe from that folder. I was running from the zip file directly and got the "registered class not found" error.2) TrackIR works fine, and will actually override any setting when enabled (looks like FSX uses the trackir information and ignores anything else when trackir is enabled). I map a joystick button to the trackir on/off feature, and it works very well that way. This is a great little tool, many thanks. Considered uploading it to AVSIM?Cheers,Etienne

>Hello ! Look it ! This is a nice addon for walk in FSX>scenery or virtual cockpits of your aircraft as 3D game style >(use mouse and four keyboard buttons ). This addon made as>instrument for FS modellers and FS scenemakers for external>review your aircraft or other objects from short distance.>>>After start read help in program ! Great! However, the EZ_walccamera.exe cannot start under Windows Vista. At the start, I have get the Error Message that says send or dont send the problem to Microsoft. Sincerely, Kan-ichiro Fushihara

This is a great little program for FSX. Once you get it set up, it works like a charm. I only wish it was available for FS9.

Thanks. Of course, I have tried with FSX under Vista 32. How can I set it up? It works with FSX under Windows XP.Sincerely,Kan-ichiro Fushihara

Hay this is a fantastic little program indeed. I have no problem inside the cockpit but outside I can only walk around at a constant radius similar to the spot plane view but cannot walk closer or go away further from the plane. How do you do this. RegardsShri

I had the same problem. I found out that if you have the program running along with FSX, then you can walk everywhere. Don't know if that's how it's supposed to be done, but it works for me.

Once again where do you get the NASA aircraft used in this videoEZwc01.wmv? I love the planeRegardsShri

>Once again where do you get the NASA aircraft used in this>video>EZwc01.wmv?>> I love the plane>>Regards>>Shri I can answer my own question and what a dumbo I am. It is the Boeing F/A 18 NASA variation which comes with the FSX Acceleration Shri

To the developer of this little program:Thanks for your wonderful program. I always use it. I am awaiting your next version and when do you think that would be?I have a question to ask. How do you move closer and away from the aircraft at spot plane view? The wing view is a bit unrealistic as we are outside the aircraft and cannot move inside. Good if we can start inside the aircraft on the window side seat and may be move sideways out of the aircraft for better outside view. RegardsShri
