If everyone was like Frankie, the aliens would probably have landed long ago. But there's too many bad actors right now and they keep away.

Frankie has been around for years, and if you ever spent time in Sydney, Nova Scotia you would probably get him more, Sydney is the friendliest and most supporting community I have ever seen so you bet Frankie is a local hero.

About 20 years ago I went to Sydney for my Birthday celebration with my friend just her and I and a Saturday Night out in Sydney. Basically their nightlife is a restaurant that later becomes a bar, and one Bar next door, and a Tavern with a Dance Floor next to that, so we started out with Dinner at the restaurant, moved onto the bar, then onto the Tavern and danced until around 2 am. Went back to the hotel room and slept. The best part about Sydney was the next morning I woke up and was hungry, so wandered to find food and the only thing open on a Sunday Morning was a Subway Sandwich. But what was amazing was on the way to getting my sandwich and heading back to the hotel I was stopped by a few random people that said "Did you have a good night last night Matthew???" we only arrived at Sydney at 7 pm and went out until 2 am but yea the next morning the locals remember who you are, your name, and generally care about you. I tell you Sydney, Nova Scotia is the friendliest place I have ever been and I have been a few times now, so yea Frankie comes from probably the best place in the world and is well looked after by his friends and family there.

I have never heard of Frankie. If he'd quit yelling his message(s) would definitely be easier to actually understand.

He’s autistic and I would also say the three ‘E’ expressive, eccentric and eclectic 

he does yell a lot
