Impossible to create DirectX12 device

Error 0x88780004(DXG|_ERROR_UNSUPPORTED) 

windows 11 pro

all my drivers are up to date as of this morning. No idea how to fix this. Any help would be appreciated thank you. 

What GPU you got?

People were saying to restart computer and it should solve it.

Restarting probably will fix it. If not re-install directx12.

Added "will"

Did a couple of restarts with no help at all . I m running a  ASUS ROG-STRIX-RX580-O8G With all the latest drivers .

RX580 doesn't have full DirectX 12 feature set support. MSFS 2024 is DirectX 12 only.

I have the same issue and I have an RX 580x, what's the work around for us if RX12 isn't available to us?

went to best buy picked up a few new parts all be available tomorrow . 

RX 7800XT 16BG this one should do the trick while I was there got me some more storage and upgraded my CPU from a 5800X 8 core  to a 5900X 12 core ..

Man I should have never went to best buy 😂😂😂😂😂 ended up building a new PC instead.

B650-A motherboard 

RX 7800 XT 

128 GB RAM 

about 2 TB of storage to start with lets see how it runs . Wish me luck.

You bought the store out!...I just ordered a RX7600XT  due to arrive 8am tomorrow.....then its my turn to have the MS2024 APP load.
