In my downloads folder, I have the file "AS_HONEYCOMB_MSFS2024_V212.zip". This must be the driver that I am using. The zip contains a readme: Only For MSFS 2024 =================================================== For the new MSFS, you don't need a configuration tool and you only need this software to light up the LEDs, the rest can be made inside the Simulator. As soon as we can access more functions inside the new Simulator, we will give them to you. I had no issues in msfs with this update, that I noticed. I did have the black road texture in forza horizon 5. This went away after uninstalling the update and pausing updates for 30 days

Whatever AV software you choose, exclude the msfs directory and exe from being scanned. You could probably keep your current AV if you do this.

How hard is your gpu working? Is your gpu not working hard enough and sending too much data to the cpu and bottlenecking it? Try increasing the workload on your gpu and thus reduce the load on your cpu.

Here is a benchmark 9950x3d vs 9800x3d in msfs 24 @ 1080, https://www.tomshardware.com/pc-components/cpus/amd-ryzen-9-9950x3d-vs-amd-ryzen-7-9800x3d-faceoff. 153 fps vs 147. Would like to see benchmarks at higher resolutions.

576.40 very smooth for me using in game FGX2 or with the app using FGX3 (preset K). The app will only cause a performance hit if you enable filters or overlay.

I find the in sim fg x2 is great, but x3 and x4 causes what you are experiencing. When I need fg x3, I use the nvidia app to override fg and use preset k.

I have pbo and expo enabled in bios. Latest amd chipset drivers, gamebar enabled, hags enabled, and a power plan of balanced.

The speeds would be fine but the latency would probably be too high. Can you run latency test using a phone from your house?

1. In MSFS 2024 using Baron G58 max temp was 70 (idle is 45). I get higher temps in Dragon Age, Oblivion, and Cities Skylines II than I do in MSFS 2024. 2. 3440 x 1440 3. Phanteks Glacier One 360D30 White in a Hyte Y70 case.

I run with everything maxed. TLOD 400. OLOD 200. FG X2 when flying GA. FG X3 when flying 737. Max frames set to 120 for GA and 90 for 737, so I do not hear my fans.

I just went from a i9 12900k and 3080ti to a 9950x3d and 5090. Could not be happier. Never used lsfg, but having great results with x2 fg and mfg (via app) in the sim and other titles.

I always exclude my game folders from av. You can keep Norton, just exclude the sims folders from realtime protection.

Same here. Stayed away from it this weekend and seeing the "fix", thought I would give it a try. I left the beta, restarted and it keeps downloading the same package over and over. May be in a few days I will try again.

Restarting probably will fix it. If not re-install directx12.

Oh no. I got to the menu setup my graphics, assistance, and avatar. I exited and restarted my pc. This time with yoke, throttle, and pedals hooked up and I am 7% loading language. Is this a every launch thing? Did I do something wrong?

I rebooted my modem and mesh system this morning and averaged over 50MB. At 12% of Activating packages. This might take a while.
