Than he wasted his time as the sim is still not working; and there is yet no answer to the problem; always test with the whole audience rather than just a few; to be honest they should have know better.

Sorry, but MS had no issue taking my money.  A lot of sites, people want to put these developers on pedestals and treat them as special.  It is a business, for profit and demand should have been NO SURPRISE and there should have been plans in place.

They had no issues taking your money this time - you forget all the banking outages due to IT system problems in the past, causing payments to go down?  

Such a drama queen that lives in a personal bubble where nothing goes wrong.
