MSFS 2024 First Shots

Few quick ones from St Barts

2024 runs better than 2020 on my 7yr old PC with only 16 gigs of ram, no stutters, no problems, no preps before installing, just downloaded and ran it, didn't even defrag beforehand .kiq7Ktd.jpg

No need to spend big bucks on a new computer or raphics card, you can see my measly specs I have on the PC. Highly recommended, all my settings are set to ultra or the highest.

I have MSFS2024 in my library, but i'm goin' to rush to it right away. I'm waiting for all the addons to be updated. Since yesterday, there have been loading problems that are blocking/broke.

Same as you. I'll wait a few weeks or more. It all depends on how long it takes to update everything... 😉

Hey, Adam looks fantastic!  ??? I'm flying in 2020 or any comments about it??? What's that got to do with your screenshots?

Great msfs 2024-shots Adam! 🙂 But the captures look exactly like your wonderful shots from 2020, so I'm afraid they did it all in vain...🙃

But of course sounds good that the pc-specs are obviously not higher than before.

PC: Ryzen 7 3700x AM4, 16 GB RAM, RTX 3060 12GB, Storage SSD 3TB, HDD 8TB, USB 8TB, 2 Screens, Win10-64

SIMs: FSX SE, P3d 3.4/4.5/6.1, Xplane 10/11/12, MSFS 2020/24, Aerofly FS 4

some previous planes from MSFS2020 already flyable  🙂

My curiosity: why do you show images of FS2024 tricked out with replacement of clouds and sky in your topics? 🤔

Personally I would prefer to see the sky and clouds of the FS2024 simulator rather than a "cut-and-paste" of skies and clouds taken from real photographs.

If you are passionate about photo editing, that's fine, there is no problem in exposing retouched shots 🙂 but you should specify to the readers that your skies and clouds are not those of FS2020-2024, otherwise some unwary reader could be misled.
