The manuals on the website even use 2020 screenshots, so it feels like most of their work was done in 2020?

My tutorial has become obsolete with the new SimBrief Dispatch plugin for the MSFS2024 EFB. You can download it for free on the SimBrief site. Just gave it a try and it's awesome. You can create a plan with the usual few clicks and immediately upload it to the systems in MSFS2024! Works way better than as I explained in the OP! Even beats saving and loading a PLN file, also because MSFS2024 makes a mess of that plan if you add procedures (at least in the G3000). None of those problems with this plugin. This SB plugin is awesome! No more need to open a browser, export of copy things...! Really great!

Thanks for the lead to this new app which I had not noticed earlier on today when I set up SimBrief!
