Sounds like real world situations I ran into in my airline career all the time. We'd taxi to the ramp and there wouldn't be any marshallers there.

    Not a single worker to receive the airplane at the gate on FS2024. This is turning more and more into a game, not a simulator. Almost nothing aviation related in the platform anymore.

    Haven't needed a pushback yet so haven't noticed them missing. Miss the marshalls, hope this gets corrected soon. Lots of aircraft at each airport I've been to, but they only show up when you are

 

I've created a bug report on the official forum, It would be great if you guys could vote the this fix.
