They have completely revamped the plane since v 1.1.

I would still prefer to stick hot pins into my eyes than waste money on a CS product.

To be fair CS were a decade or 2 ahead of their time. They were producing beautiful external models and **** systems /flight models a generation before Asobe came along and based a whole flight sim series on that exact premise.

Are you sure. Doesn't look like it's working.  localizer is still to the left and it still says LOC ARMED.  What are you trying to convey with the picture.  V1.1.08 would look like this.

I was just trying to convey that as i approached final for runway 29 at KMSY, the autopilot captured the localizer, put me on final and guided me to the threshold. In the screen capture, I had not selected the APPR view yet, I was still on the map view.

Many years ago, I purchased their 727, 757, 767 and the C130. Which one was years ahead of their time?

Yea, I paid a couple hundred bucks several years ago when I was flying P3d v3 and 4. I did go ahead and get the 717 for MSFS mainly because they have done several updates. Still not where Fenix and PMDG are and still not close to their P3d days, but I don't think it's too bad. I took another flight from KATL to KCLT and it captured the localizer fine. spacer.png

So then what version do you have?

I just got a version 2.0.0 upgrade from the FS2020 Marketplace. It seems to have fixed the trim function so that it is now independent of elevator (ie, not autotrim).

However, its sense seems to be the opposite of that of every other aircraft, so I've had to make a separate control profile for it.

Thanks to @mmcwill1 and @Luis Hernandez for their suggestions. I feel that Luis was on the money.
