January 11, 20251 yr So after watching Noel’s thread I spent the time to downgrade from 24h2 to 23h2. So far so good, two flights and not getting the issues I was getting before, I am optimistic that it is fixed for me, I plan to do some more testing tonight. ________________________________________________________________________________ Jeremy 9800X3D OC'd -30 +200MHZ | 64GB CL30 RAM | RTX 5080 | Windows 11 23H2| Bravo Throttle | Alpha Yoke | CH Pedals | Logitech Radio Panel | SmoothTrack | AAO

February 1, 20251 yr When I use my speakers connected to line out from my motherboard (RealTech) I have noted those spikes and sound glitches, but when I use my Sound BlasterX G6 headphone amp connected to USB C I doesn't have this problem at all, both connection use the same sound chip on the motherboard, but different drivers, so it must be the RealTech drivers that cause the problem, btw I'm running the latest Win-11 and RealTech drivers.. They use different DACs. When you are connected to line out you use the MB integrated sound card DAC (which is subject to interference from other PC components), whereas when you connect your G6 to the USB C port, you use its DAC, which is placed externally.
