Is anyone getting tiled water? I put this issue in the OF, but no one else seems to have the issue.

At about 5000ft or so over water looking down...its blurry and tiled (highest settings).

By any chance, do you have Dynamic FPS enabled?

Thanks. No, that is disabled. I wish it was that simple.

Streaming - its caused all kinds of problems everywhere - graphics planes not working etc. 

Yeah, I’ve seen this over the last few days in various places, looks terrible. 

It's a glitch that happens sometimes when the servers aren't working properly. It's not permanent and sometimes you can see it resolve itself while you're flying.

Cloud Gaming is the cause

I had it last night where for a period over Europe where it looked like all the terrain was gone completely...  Like I was just flying over vast emptiness or the Ocean with a deep blue screen and no terrain details over Europe.  It was the first time I had seen it.
