Featured Replies

Hey guys .

I have just done a clean install of the the latest driver.

I wanted to use the nvidia app HDR RTX .

It's  not working now, as before the this driver it was working .

Restarted sim HDR off in sim

HDR on in windows.

Any thoughts ?

Thanks

Did you enable it in the Nvidia filters?

Yes, forget RTX HDR if you have a native HDR Monitor.

Yes i have it enabled and moving sliders .

But does not seem right as the colours are really wonky.

Perhaps i need to recalibrate using the windows hdr tool?

Thanks

Mike

If you enable nvidia hdr, does MSFS hdr need to be off?

The window HDR tool calibrates the correct range of dark to light your monitor can produce.  When using the HDR tool, you get an option to add vibrancy to colours if you so wish.  There is no need to use RTX HDR for the sliders.
