Settings not saving

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

None of my settings save, I have to set them each and every session. I deleted and reset my camera views the other day as well, took a while...saved in game, restarted today, all back to default.

I have a default sim each start up...

Maybe running the repair function through XBox can solve your problem.

I have the same thing with my traffic settings. I use BATC with FSLTL models. On every flight I have to turn off the sims Traffic settings. Which are across three separate settings. Every time I do a new flight they’re back to on again.

Luckily it appears to be ok on the other sim settings…I think!

I don’t know if it’s related, but profils of my controllers are not always saved. It’s random and I have often to reselect my keyboard profile or my T16000 profil assignment.

As I’m with MSFS2024 Beta, I will check the Beta SU3 forum, if it’s been report yet.

(EDIT) for those on SU3 Beta and having this issue : https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/controls-profils-are-not-applied-at-next-launch/730490)

Check my free MSFS sceneries : https://flightsim.to/profile/vbazillio/trending and my hardware configuration.

I’m not on the beta and was kind of hoping the saving settings issue would have been resolved in SU3.

I wonder when they’ll get to a wide release candidate of it. It can’t be much more than a few weeks away now?

I am recently having the same issue in SU2. The sim switches to from my custom controller profiles to default on every startup and I have to go into settings and switch them all back.
