August 31, 2025Aug 31 My issue is that RTSS seems to limit all the frames. If I pick an FPS of lets say 49 (then FG kicks up to 88-90) then my fps still remains at 49 per the msfs counter.ย 7800+4090+64ram Just Flight RJ, 146 and F28, Piper Arrows ---A2A Aerostar and Comanche---Black Square Starship, Duke(s), TBM, Bonanza/BaronV2, KingAir---FSReborn FSR500---COWS Da42---FX P180, HJet & VJet---FlySimWare Chancellor and LearJet---FlightSimStudio EMB175 &P2006T---Fenix 320---PMDG DC6, 737(700+900), 777---C22J---Milviz Cessna 310 & Porter---SimWorksStudios Kodiak, PC12, Zenith & RV14---BigRadials Goose---IndiaFoxEcho MB3339+F35. ย

I'd like to turn off PARKED AIRCRAFT, but I can't see an option to select that. EDIT: Fixed, it was a GUI issue. Some options can be truncated based on your screen layout. Could you or somebody else give me a hint how I can influence the mentioned GUI restrictions? I have a quite powerful gear but still running a "simple" HD monitor. Could this be the reason? However, most initial settings of MSFS2024 had been ULTRA or HIGH. When setting up GENERAL -> GRAPHICS, unfolding then GLOBAL RENDERING QUALITY, the last visible item is PARKED AIRCRAFT QUANTITY and some space below. I saw the screenshot of a friend who has 4 items more AIRCRAFT TRAFFIC VARIETY, ROAD TRAFFIC, SEA TRAFFIC, and FAUNA. Hints are very much appreciated. EDIT: I just found and tried a tool enabling to set up all settings outside MSFS 2024. It's called "FS2024 - UserCfg Editor". The items are accessible, nonetheless they are not available directly in the sim menu. Edited September 4, 2025Sep 4 by FlyingAxx New finding Regards,Axel

I use MSFS as the "out of the cockpit world view" for another sim, which provides all the aircraft flight model, systems, in-cockpit views, etc. For this reason, my MSFS window is very long and thin. It's the full width of my monitor, but only takes up 1/3 of the height. This is great for the world view when flying, but it truncates the MSFS menus when in Settings. To fix the issue, I just full-screen MSFS when accessing the menus, then revert back to the long-and-thin setting when I'm done. I realize this circumstance may not apply to you (or anyone else), but this is how I was able to see all of the selections in the MSFS menus. Edited September 5, 2025Sep 5 by prolixindec

I'm using full screen all the time and got a truncated menu nonetheless - at least in this example. At the moment the only possibility seems to be using the external tool as it allows accessing all user settings being listed in "userCfg.opt". Like the configuration file it handles RAW-data that you have to translate yourself to in-game-values like "ultra" = 3 or "medium" = 0. Regards,Axel
