August 30, 2025Aug 30 As far as In know with AIGTC, every landed aircraft would stay at it's last arrival airport until it's next flight. So with business jets for instance, you could park them for days on end. With PSXT as it uses live ADS-b and mlat etc for positioning, once their transponders are turned off it is essentially gone. PSXT does learn while you run it as well and tries to remember that those aircraft are still parked for the more usual 1-3 hours of airliners and the overnighters etc. But staying for a few days or weeks isn't quite there. FSLTL's method for this I believe is much more random, I haven't used it enough to see but I wasn't impressed with cargo or GA ops like with PSXT, plus being controlled by the ai engine of the sim within airports still I simply lose patience very quickly with FSLTL and have never let it run very long to find out. Look at it this way, for any given time period PSXT shows what is or was actually moving on the field including some tows etc based on adsb, radar, mlat data. Once airborne, PSXT again follows their adsb/radar data and follows exactly the route that actual aircraft flew. AIGTC uses data from a selected time period which can range from a month to 12 months or more old depending on when the package was last updated and around airports is still controlled by the ai engine of the sim. While enroute, I know that AIGTC can use routes, but how many of the actually do or how accurate the route are I'm not entirely sure of. FSLTL gets it's data from FR24 so is missing lots of biz jets, mil or GA etc because they are blocked by the operators but is also controlled around airports by the ai engine of the sim. PSXT is the free program that takes the aircraft position data that it gets from Real Traffic which is a paid subscription but has much more coverage than just FR24, it's closer to what you see from Adsb Exchange and injects that it into your sim. i7-13700KF, 32gb DDR4 3200, RTX 4080, Win 11, MSFS 2024
September 7, 2025Sep 7 Author What about PilotPlus EGMC Southend? I have four static airliners and two static executive jets parked (can these be removed if the product is purchased outside the MS Marketplace), but I do not think that I have seen a single AI plane here. Do AI planes even work at this airport?? September 7, 2025Sep 7 Looks like a bunch of airlines fly into that airport. So yes, you should see AI traffic. As far as statics aircraft, I usually disable them if the option is provided. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. - Carl Sagan
September 19, 2025Sep 19 EGMC, sees pretty much just Easyjet and Eastern for scheduled traffic. Even then it's maybe 20-25 arrivals and their subsequent departures every day. Tomorrow, Friday Sept 19 for instance, showing 12 Easyjet departures, so around similar departures and 1 Eastern ATR turn. The rest are GA, which if you don't have those models or liveries aren't going to show up. i7-13700KF, 32gb DDR4 3200, RTX 4080, Win 11, MSFS 2024
September 19, 2025Sep 19 I'm also a big fan of PSXT (actually I use PSXTraffic, but same results), RealTraffic, and AIG. Real traffic, with real models, at the real locations on the airport, with real departures and arrivals. Balt (developer of RealTraffic) is very friendly and responsive on his forum. I miss radio chatter from all the aircraft, but it's more than made up for by seeing actual traffic on the TCAS, using real-world separation and real-world responses to weather.

My parked Aircract Density is set to 8, which is 80 percent of the real world schedule. And I get a single easyjet at 17z scheduled for a later departure to Faro. I checked this with FR24 and this completely correct. It is currently the only Airliner waiting to depart, apart from horrbily delayed flight to Amsterdam. So at least with BeyondATC you get exactly the amount of aircraft that should be there in real life: One. Edited September 19, 2025Sep 19 by Farlis

It should make a massive difference especially at larger airports. i7-13700KF, 32gb DDR4 3200, RTX 4080, Win 11, MSFS 2024
September 19, 2025Sep 19 Author To be honest, the really big airports are not a problem. I see plenty of AI planes at those already. It is some of the smaller and regional airports where they seem to be lacking.
