The best to find double assignment is to check parking brake assignment for each device: keyboard, joystick and whatever else you have in MSFS. My symptoms were exactly as you describe. Have you surely tried pressing every failure reset button you can find? This is an incredibly complex simulation with 1000s of lines of codes that will prevent things from working (including power) if something has been triggered - even if it's not displayed in the failure dialogues.
