December 25, 2025Dec 25 How do I program more than one throttle function on a slider? My joystick has only one slider for throttle and P3d doesn't seem to let me program two engines on one slider! I'm probably missing something simple, but I can't seem to be able to figure it out! Thanks a lot! Steve 7 Miles NW of KGCK
December 25, 2025Dec 25 Hello, in the axis section there should be an option for thrust. I use it when flying the 747. I’m too lazy to set up four different throttles. Merry Christmas! December 25, 2025Dec 25 Moderator @LTCSZ, FSUIPC6 allows for multi-engine control via a single lever. Just one of the many clever things it can do. https://secure.simmarket.com/john-dowson-fsuipc6-for-p3dv4-5.phtml Ray (Cheshire, England). Thanks a lot! Hi Steve There is a one throttle axis in Control, Axis Assignements, at the end of the list. Just scroll further down and you will see it. Make sure to select your Stick. December 29, 2025Dec 29 Steve: In P3D v4 there's a search window in Axis assignements. If I insert "throttle", all choices for throttle axis shows up. If I select "Throttle axis" and thereafter calibrate the axis, I then got one throttle for both single engine and multi engine aircrafts. I had a look at a youtube video from P3D V5 and "Throttle axis" was a choice in the list, so in theory you should be able to find it. Nowadays I've got the Airbus Thrustmaster dual engine throttles, so I don't use the assignment "Throttle axis" for that, but instead "Engine 1 throttle axis" and "Engine 2 throttle axis" for the two throttle axis. I hope you'll figure it out. Tor
