December 28, 2025Dec 28 GSX no longer loads. On the official site forum, many others are experiencing this - while it is working for others. The "official" explanation from FSDT is that it has something to do with sim connect and is not a FSDT problem! I don't understand how it works for some and not for others. Does anyone have a solution or a workaround cause I sure ain't going to get any further with FSDT!
December 28, 2025Dec 28 It happens to me sometimes, and when I change airports and come back to the original it works well. Of course it's a FSDT problem. December 28, 2025Dec 28 Is this 2024. If so are you new the 2024 and did you copy your community folder over from 2020 Ron MSFS 2024 -Too many airplanes to name. Too many airports to name.
December 28, 2025Dec 28 By 'not loading', do you happen to mean the GSX window will pop open but with no text, and the window sort-of endlessly refreshes itself every 1-2 seconds? that's what I've been occasionally experiencing since SU4 final fwiw... December 28, 2025Dec 28 I'm encountering an issue as well where after 'Request Boarding" in the menu it transitions to "Boarding Requested" as normal, avatars and vehicles all show up but do nothing. Happens with all aircraft and all airports, fortunately pushback works fine so not a show stopper. Make sure you post in the FSDT forums as well with logs for increased visibility on the issue. That way Umberto can take a look at it. Johnny Green CFII/SMEL SF340B+
December 28, 2025Dec 28 Author The GSX window says "loading" but never loads 🤬 So how do we fix this? The guy at FSDT can be very sarcastic and doesn't offer any assistance as it is not his software that is at fault !!!!!!!! Edited December 28, 2025Dec 28 by TWSY
December 28, 2025Dec 28 I had that problem yesterday evening, GSX vanished from my MSFS on screen menu. It turned out that GSX after an update was not linked anymore to MSFS. So I would recommend checking in the GSX app. if it is still linked to your MSFS. Bernard CPU = 12900K / GPU = Nvidia 3090 VRAM 24 GB / RAM = 64 GB / SSD = 2 TB 980 PRO PCle 4.0 NVMe™ M.2,

If they are not linked they do not update. Just happened to me. May not be your problem but if it is delete the one or both that are not linked and reinstall Edited December 29, 2025Dec 29 by Ron Lefebvre Ron MSFS 2024 -Too many airplanes to name. Was hoping. Did you try a complete uninstall. In FSDTs defense, the possibilities of why it is not working are endless. I realize that does not help you though.
