  1. (finding that it has something to do with Moza Cockpit. when I went back to version 1.0.10.something, everything's working as expected.)
  2. I'm currently battling an issue where the Moza AB9 stick axis goes "dead" only on iniBuilds aircraft, (321lr, 350 for example) however the buttons still work, super strange. The stick will work just fine when I fly the Fenix though. I've tried switching back to the 'factory' USB cable and such, but hasn't made a difference. I've tried different firmwares too. I even went from SU4 to SU5 beta and the issue remains. Just curious if any other AB9 users are seeing this issue?
  3. My recent favorite was when I started an overnight flight, Saturday night, with it updated before I started, and when it came time to land Sunday morning, it was showing the yellow banner/update 😂
  4. I fly in and out of CLT all the time, in real life and the game. PLEASE know this isn't meant to be snarky, but I'm curious what needs improving over the current IRL version? Just purely curious what I'm missing I guess...
  5. If I rename the scenery folder to zzz-glideslope-klas-whatever (prepending zzz-) does this accomplish the same thing as moving it lower in the Scenery Package Order tool?
  6. Seeing as you have a 9950X3D cpu in your signature, I remember seeing sound-stuttering happening for folks with AMD cpus several months ago? Maybe it's related to whatever that issue is/was?
  7. By 'not loading', do you happen to mean the GSX window will pop open but with no text, and the window sort-of endlessly refreshes itself every 1-2 seconds? that's what I've been occasionally experiencing since SU4 final fwiw... (maybe 25% of the time)
  8. I could never get this to work pre-SU4 beta. Since the SU4 beta/final release, even spawning at a gate in the 2020 738 works fine for me. I always subsequently load a modified 'Apron' state with jetway replacing stairs. The biggest annoyance I have found with it, is TCAS mistakes your own plane for a traffic alert, so there's constantly a yellow airplane warning on the MFD. Your mileage may vary.
  9. One of the more-recent SU4 builds did this 'automatically' for me several weeks ago.
  10. Is anyone experiencing any kind of weird 'press 1 button on a controller and multiple buttons are registered' issues with SU4? I installed SU4 this past Saturday and had this weird issue with a homemade button-box/tiller controller I have. I had several other annoying issues with things in SU4 1613, so I went back to SU3 and all was well; the 'multiple buttons registered' went away and I didn't think more of it. I installed SU4 1615 yesterday, and noticed this problem seems to have returned. When I open the 'USB Game Controllers' windows application, the buttons all light up as they should so it's not a 'short', but in MSFS 2024 SU4 1615, when I press button 2 for example, it registers both button 2 and button 3. Just curious if anyone had anything similar happen!
  11. In all builds of SU4 I've personally noticed this the most with the very-left fuel pump button in the Fenix jets as an example.
  12. In the last 2 weeks I bit the bullet and splurged for a 5090, and that along with recent software updates (Oasis driver for WMR VR headsets, SU3, Fenix BFU2,) and my Starflyer A320 ops in Japan are buttery smooth in VR! Almost in disbelief how good my aging Reverb G2 looks to be honest...
  13. Heh aside from the controller-profile-lag bug, the fix I'm most thrilled about is the right-mouse-button-scrolling in external view! I will sometimes VNC into my home gaming computer to fire up MSFS and just make sure something works or whatever for when i get home from work, and scrolling around in external view mode was impossible before. Now it scrolls normally! 😁
  14. Minorly relevant, but hopefully this will give you guys a chuckle, but I had something similar happening when I first got the Comanche. I eventually realized I was only turning the fuel switches on to the tip tanks 😂
  15. Heh, those 2 videos that guy put out sure are ruffling peoples' feathers.
  16. SU2 beta user here, and mine finally updated fwiw
  17. I preordered the MCDU and 737 FMC from the US site back on Jan 25th and they just shipped this past Monday, May 5th. Crazy.
  18. I was anti-2024 until I got the Dev Mode FPS/VRAM usage meter figured out several weeks ago. Now that I can monitor if I am in the green/yellow/red, I have had a MUCH better time, and am starting to migrate all of my aircraft over to 2024. My weekend, long-haul, overnight flights have completed without issue for the most part.
  19. Yesterday I was trying to troubleshoot the flickering TDS GTN750Xi in the 182RG in 2020, and after starting the game several times after trying different things, 2020 all-of-a-sudden wanted to redownload itself (148GB) and now it crashes to desktop every time on loading, when it's about 50% done with the loading line at the bottom. I've been keeping up with the several threads about shutdown issues with 2020, but am curious if anyone is having trouble starting 2020 in the last several days?
  20. When I try to mimic some of Singapore Airlines' KEWR or KJFK routes, SimBrief displays a "Flight exceeds aircraft range" or exceeds MTOW, etc. message. Is there a way to manually tweak anything so I can do these flights with realistic passenger/payload counts?
  21. I have not having good luck with free-flight airliner flights in 2024, so I have been enjoying the career grind. One thing that I feel 2024 "got right", is the landing gear sounds the Vision Jet makes. I have a couple of Dayton bass shakers mounted on my dxracer chair, and the 'thud' vibrations the gear makes going up and down, always puts a smile on my face!
  22. Seeing this instantly brought back memories of making a blanket-fort cockpit to play the Atari 2600 Space Shuttle game back in the day! Curious to see how development progresses on this
  23. Curious if someone with a working TDS GTNXi 750 Pro in the 414 knows what I'm missing, please? - I have the latest version of the 414 patched with the file from their Discord in my 2024 Community folder - I have updated my TDS GTNXi Pro 750 via the TDSManager app and have 'tds-gtnxi-gauge' in the 2024 Community folder - I have an entry to autostart the 'C:\ProgramData\TDS\GTNXi\FlightSimEXE\TDSGTNXiFlightSimEXE.exe' in my 2024 exe.xml file When i load into the plane with a correct 750 GTNXi livery and turn everything on, the TDS 750 screens remain blank *shrug*
  24. Yep, same. Hopped in the Bonanza yesterday, could hear all the other sounds around me except for my engine.
  25. For the folks who's 172 engine won't start, did you remove the engine covers by chance? That was my issue the first time around.
