Absolutely agree. It amazes me when I constantly see reference to the 'bad sounds' in the BlSq TBM. The switchgear and other sound sources in the cockpit are amazing! And unlike most it seems, I've never felt that the default TBM's engine sounds are bad at all. As Ryan said, clearly they're not at the level of other BlSq planes but the sounds in the TBM never stand out to me as bad, when I'm flying it.

What I do really miss in terms of the TBM's sounds, is a headset simulation mode. It was added to all other BlSq planes (except the Velocity) but hasn't as yet been added to the TBM. A good headset mode is one of my most important features in an addon, and it's often what leads me to fly the planes that have it (A2A Comanche and Aerostar, all other Black Square, FSW planes, COWS Diamonds, FFX P180 and Visionjet V1, Skyward DA50, FSReborn 300E and a couple of others).

I'm STILL very tempted to buy this addon as I have a special place in my heart for single engine turboprop hot rods! :)

But, truth be told, the Turbine Duke is so well executed that I feel like the "old" 850 would be a let down if I purchased it now. I feel like that money will be better spent on the Starship ;)

Yes, I always forget this when I choose it and spend ages looking for the click spot before I remember. The sounds are ok, I just wish I didn't have to have the default TBM enabled to be able to use them.
