July 10, 200916 yr For SunAir Express, the 1st Virtual Airline ever made (http://www.sunairexpress.com), I've been using Sunair Aviation Ltd - New Zealand , but I'm missing the "express" part. Would it be possible to add "SunAir Express"? If you still have mine, could you shoot me an email? I'll record your email so we know where to find you when recording time comes :o)Thanks,Subs
July 13, 200916 yr Hello JD,I'm new to RC and have flown my first flight today. Your RC is an amazing piece of software and I'm glad I convinced myself (after more than half a year) to buy it. I enjoyed it very much but missed my own virtual airline call sign during the flight...May I ask you add "Sharon Airways" with a callsign of "Sharon" to the list? :( Or maybe there's a way to do it on my own - using default set of wavs and only recording that particular myself?Thank you.Kind regards,David.

I'm sure there will be many more to come :o) I hadn't heard of Sharon Airways VA before, but I've included it for recording into RCv5.Unfortunatly you won't be able record the callsign yourself as it would also require all other volunteers who recorded for v4 to come back and record the Sharon callsign as well. It'll be included in v5 though :o)

It became alive in a moment I realized that I can join two pleasures together - flying and Sharon Corr (former The Corrs violinist). I am now flying around the Earth's Northern hemisphere (using FsPassengers) - my progress is at www.sharonairways.com, currently sitting at Port Blair airport, India.David
July 16, 200916 yr Sharon Airways is my own child. And I am the only member of it. It became alive in a moment I realized that I can join two pleasures together - flying and Sharon Corr (former The Corrs violinist).Wow, I think Sharon would be honored to have a VA named after her. Now if only more VAs would follow suit and name themselves after beautiful women :(Have you thought about painting your plane in some sort of Sharon-tribute colours? :(Subs
July 16, 200916 yr Yeah, it may be from McPhat, BUT...ARIANE is still charging for it....http://www.arianedesign.com/Store.do?state...mp;category=100http://www.arianedesign.com/Store.do?state...mp;category=101Don't get me wrong, I think it looks great, but still. I know the head guy of Ariane was the one that got AAL paints banned, so who knows?I don't know if these have been mentioned yet, but I'm going to throw in a few retro airlines since people like myself still fly with these in our AI traffic. Pan Am (Clipper)TWA (TWA)New York Air (Apple)People Express (People Express)Piedmont (Piedmont)Eastern Airlines (Eastern)America West (Cactus)PSA (PSA)Equatoriana (Equatoriana)Airborne Express (Airborne)Western Airlines (Western)CPAir (Empress)Viasa (Viasa)CAAC (??no idea??)Air Atlanta (Airlan)Republic Airlines (Republic)Ozark Airlines (Ozark)Just a few I can think of! -GoldWings-

In fact, I had more of the liveries for Flight1 ATR 72-500 and PMDG 737NG, too. But since I moved to FSX, my ATR virtual cockpit gives me creeps and there is no PMDG 737NG for FSX so I had to move to Wilco's Airbus series :) Here's one for A321DavidPS: I guess I am sort of hi-jacking the topic? :(
July 17, 200916 yr PS: I guess I am sort of hi-jacking the topic? :(No not at all, it's nice to be in touch with RC customers and what they're up to.Subs

The only problems were that all my sources say that Airborne Express uses the callsign ABEX. Since you're refering to retro traffic, was the airline using AIRBORNE as its callsign before it was renamed to ABX Air? That might explain the difference?I couldn't find anything for CAAC either, except for the Civil Aviation Administration Of China, which then later became Air China Intl. Is that the one you're looking for? All the other airlines requested were in the North American region and this one from China doesn't fit in. So I wasn't sure.....I think everything else was pretty much standard, so hopfully you'll enjoy hearing them in v5 :o)Subs

My apolgies. As far as CAAC, just disregard. Theres very little information on it, and I think I already have it set to the air china callsign or something like that. I can assure you it will be exciting to hear radio chatter as it was in the 1980's. Got another question for you. Will Emery Worldwide be on the list??
