Anybody know where I can get one of these repaints?

My experience is exactly the same. I get the models to appear correctly, but the 757 gauges dont operate especially the EICAS etc. I have tried all kinds of things including putting the 757 mdl in the model folder with the 767 etc, etc. I am suspecting that it has something to do with the SS model. I know that they like you to name model folders specific names etc, as they have myriad model combinations. I thought I had that all matched up etc. but this one I am struggling with. Looks great. Just need to get the gauges to work.

Remarkably not. I did a google search and a youtube search. Both of which usually get me the info I need.

The imaginesim product is good. I live in ATL and am through that airport weekly IRL. Its fine. Where P3D and all Microsoft versions ever lack is that the entire city of Atlanta needs to be redone. it sucks now. I wish that Orbx would pay attention to some other region than the US west coast or that another developer would take a crack at doing metro atlanta properly. As a local guy this drives me nuts.

can someone point me to a tutorial on how to merge the Skyspirit 767 and the QW757? I've looked all over and tried youtube and google to no avail. For the most part I think I have it done, but I cant get the EICAS etc to activate etc. I am trying to merge this skyspirit B767-300ER/F 767-300FER-GE-CF6-80C2.air and this model OSX763FV5_CF6-80C--WLL.MDL with the Qualitywings 752 virtual cockpit.

I am looking for some guidance/instructions on how to merge the Qualitywings 757 VC with the Skyspirit B763, in particular, the Boeing 767-300FER-GE-CF6-80C2 model. I work for DHL Express, and this is one of the aircraft we operate. I've googled and looked through the major FS sites and havent found anything. I have however mostly done it already, but the EICAS etc, dont illuminate, so Im doing something wrong.

This was the advice from the Orbx team when I had the same issue. Worked for me.

all you need to do is double click on the Prepar3d.exe When it launches it should write registry entries if there are none.

Hi. I looked at the Nvidia control panel... where do I find "Output Dynamic range"? I didnt see it anywhere!

The EF discussion thread has become a little long. I am wondering how to concisely turn down the excessive bloom in REX Environment force? I have HDR on in the sim, but bloom turned down to zero. I have played some with the HDR settings in the mini UI, but it doesnt seem to really be doing the trick. Anybody with a step by step cure for this? Eric

Like a lot of people I am playing with the new REX Environment Force Tool. However, in doing so, I managed to close the Mini UI. I cant find anything in the manual that says a key combination to bring it up again, nor do I see anything in the addons menu of P3D. Anybody know how to get this back visible? Eric

Ive just discovered this tool, which looks very interesting, but prior to use am RTFM and this thread before I cause myself some headaches... 🙂 Biggest question I have is why doesnt UTL provide update packages that simply replace liveries with updated ones that can just be dropped in? Like updated new colors for United and Delta and Lufthansa etc?

Anybody got any clues on this problem? I posted on the Orbx support forum as well... but trying I all my resources. I used the FTX AU Control Tower to view AI traffic at a local airport after installing Ultimate Traffic Live. Very cool for watching AI. In using the radar, I used the "Fade In" and "Fade Out" options in the radar controls. I made the radar semi-transparent while doing so. I finished my session, then later returned to P3D 4.4 (version I use) and found that ALL my pop up windows on ALL sim aircraft are now semi-transparent. I also found I lost ATC voices. I can still hear aircraft noises (engines, cockpit sounds) but I get no voice at all for ATC. These two issues may not be linked but both occurred immediately after using The FTX AU Control Tower - Tall. I tried curing this myself by launching the FTX AU Control Tower-Tall and selecting FADE IN. That seemed to fix it, but on next session, back to same problem. Next, I went to FTX Central 3.3.60 and did the "Verify files" on the FTX AU traffic. This didnt help either. I also find now that the FTX AU Control Towers (both tall and short) now lock up the sim if I try to select them. I can no longer access these at all. I also use Chaseplane for views if this detail makes any difference. I need to get my pop up panel visibility back to full opaque and need my ATC voices as well. Please advise how I can do this.

Has anyone experienced this with P3D 4.4 default airport LaGuardia Airport? The walls of the airport are there, but no complete building. I am using Orbx vector and landclass, and Dwerzecki Design NYC scenery. The airport however is default. I am using Ultimate Traffic Live for traffic.

hi guys, these days I fly almost exclusively military fast jets, helicopters and some general aviation birds. I am also now exclusively P3Dv4. I recently purchased a gift certificate for my grandson to spend an hour in a Delta Air Lines flight simulator. (birthday present). Not sure yet whether we will do the 737-800 or the 777. These are the real sims used to train airline pilots. Anyway, I now own an hour in one of those. I have done the 777 before, so hoping to do the 737. heres my question. I presently dont have ANY commercial airliners on my sim installed. However, would like to get my 12 year old at least a little P3D time before we go play with the big bird. Can someone recommend a lightweight Boeing tubeliner that we could use for this? FSX used to ship with a default 737 which would have worked fine. P3D doesnt. Any recommendations? Is there any Project OpenSky type airplanes out there at the moment? Looking for basic aircraft operation, some navigation, and ability to practice an ILS landing or two. Nothing fancy and NO fancy switchology or FMS needed. Any ideas? Thanks Eric

Even if I had the money, I wouldnt know how to put all that stuff together. Im always amazed at the engineering skill of the folks who do manage to build their own sims.

Anybody know of a US Coast Guard Sea King repaint? Here are another couple that would look great on the virtavia model.
