After several flights over the last few days I can confirm there are no issues with ASN! I cannot reproduce the problems I had earlier and all is well now. Even the last update installed with no problems. Airbus

I purchased ASN SP3 for FSX and tried it out. The main screen stated weather mode was active and it was waiting for FSX. I launched FSX and checked the dropdown addon-menu to get the ASN weather report but there was no entry! Even CTRL+11 would not work! I know ASN was running because the task manager said so. I must be doing something wrong. Could someone please help me? Thanks! Al

I am still looking at buying this aircraft but want to be sure that the RXP GNS 530 will work.

I know that you can use the GTN 750 or the Reality XP WX500 gauge in the MU-2B panel. However is it possible to fit the Reality XP GNS 530 instead? I posted this in the Flysimware forum but no answers yet. Anyone know how long the sale will last on the FS Pilot Shop website? Thanks! Airbus

Anyone using FSXfollow by Position Games? I have been having trouble getting connected to their website so I can run my iPad app when I am flying. Their forum is no longer being used. I am wondering whether they went out of business. Anyone know what is going on? Thanks for your help! Airbus

I agree with Jose. I liked seeing the comments on the home page like they were. The comments give me a flavor of topics that are drawing a lot of attention. Hopefully the administrators will reconsider! Airbus

I want to buy Palm Springs airport KPSP which apparently requires FTX Global Base. Since I don't have Global Base yet will I have serious compatibility problems with my FSX textures, mesh, elevation issues, etc? I also want to buy Monterey KMRY airport which requires FTX Northern California. Since I don't have Northern California can I expect serious compatibility problems there as well? I understand I may have texture blending issues near boundaries, but I don't want floating buildings, taxiways and runways. FTX Global Base is a wish list item for me! Thanks for any help! Airbus

Having met you in person several times I know of your dedication and enthusiasm to the flight sim community. Sorry folks, my bad! I had installed a new environment for REX and it included a different appearing sun. Once I switched the sun to standard the sun was back to FSX default. Airbus

Is there some way to adjust the size of the sun? For some reason my sun is very large and not realistic. I would like to reduce it. Thanks for any help! Airbus

Thanks for the great ship traffic! It has made my flying more realistic to see all the ships. After starting to use this addon I noticed that I could hear ship traffic at some airports while sitting on the ramp. This is a nice feature, however, is there a setting that I could use to adjust the volume? In my case I can sometimes hear ships moving several miles away. Perhaps a volume adjustment would improve the realistic environment. Thanks for any suggestions! airbus

I really love the Seneca panel! Only problem for me is I don't own the XPGNS 430 so I can't take advantage of a nice upgrade! However I own the XPGNS 530 which might work within the panel (better) and/or a popup gauge. In fact I saw a photo in the review of the Seneca by AVSIM showing the GNS 530 in the Seneca. A long time ago I had some guidance installing this gauge in my newly purchased Piper Cheyenne. Does anyone know if and how it could be done? I realize I may have to make some sacrifices, but I am willing to give it a shot even if its just a popup gauge. Thanks for any help and advice! Airbus

Anyone have this problem? I will be flying along and I get a sudden windows minimize event. FSX is NOT crashing because I recover by bringing up the task manager and select "switch to FSX" and all is well again. I run windows 7 and auto update is turned off. Whats really interesting is I have another PC running games in windows XP and I get this event. Maybe my router? Maybe my internet provider? Maybe magnetic waves? Thanks for any help! Airbus

Charliearon: Thanks for your help! I checked my traffic files using AI Flightplanner for any FS9 traffic files and sure enough it identified four files that I thought I had converted to FSX format. After the conversion all my AI came back! Thanks for responding! Airbus

Anyone have any ideas on how I can troubleshoot this problem? I just flew from Grenada to St. Martin in the Caribbean and AI was always displayed. When I go to other airports like KPHL, KBWI, etc no AI is displayed. Thanks for any suggestions on where to start! Airbus

I have been flying with FSX for a number of years and have never seen this before! For some reason I have a bunch of airports that do not display any AI traffic. I am trying to pin down the area but it appears to be mostly northeast USA. For example I can go to KFLL, KJAX, KDFW, Caribbean and see AI. But if I go to KLGA, KPHL, KPIT, KBWI, nothing! I used AIFlightplanner to ensure no mixing of FS9 and FSX traffic files, but as I understand it, if I had a mix of traffic files I would see no AI in ALL locations! The last time I saw AI traffic in the northeast was KBWI around the middle of last month. I use World of AI packages. If anyone has had a similar experience and/or a fix, please let me know! Thanks! I have not flown the FS9 birds for some time, but I don't recall any issues from memory. You might want to check Feelthere forum. Hopefully someone might chime in here. Good luck! Airbus

Thank you Lars your suggestion worked for me! I fixed the strobes and beacon lights to a much more realistic flashing rate. Anyone trying to fix their ERJ_V2 lights, please use the method Lars outlines above. Airbus

I found the program you suggested. My biggest concern is that the change will affect ALL my payware aircraft and perhaps not allow me to go easily back to my previous setup. Since the ERJ is the only culprit right know I may wait to see if others jump in here and offer a solution. I am looking at this program closely since it may be useful in some other areas. Thanks! I enjoy flying the Feelthere ERJ_V2 however the rapid flashing of strobes and beacons is unrealistic. Has anyone come up with a fix? I checked the Feelthere website and it appears that the flashing is part of the model and can't be changed. I thought that perhaps some resourceful simmer may have fixed the problem or at least made some improvement. Any suggestions? Thanks! Airbus

I just installed VAS Monitor on my W7 PC. The setup also installed Net Framework 4.0. I am still learning how to use it. On a flight from KBWI to KTEB in my F! B200, I started hearing an unfamiliar beeping sound during my approach. When I checked the VAS monitor all the text was red and I had about 300 MB left! Looks like it works! Fortunately no CTD. Anyone find it useful? Airbus
