Hi everyone, I admit I am not good with the DLL.XML File. I have an odd file and i dont know how to fix or check the problem. If i Copy the File here is it possible somone of you expert can check it and fix it? Well yes Steve now everything is good fine and working but lately i am living into an unlucky roblem need some kind of stones to proect myself from this. All related to computer all started ne day that nthing worked i installed FSx-SE again and was great then the OS didnt read the SSD disk Then once the SDD was read by the OS I was not able to format it. I had always errors and problems. Once i formatted it i isnatll all and problems with the saiek Thrttles of the saitek yoke.and now this problem that if thru FSUICP I have assigne all the axis and i load a plane linked to a profilewhere the axes is the Saitek Yoke all CTD but if i load a plane wwith no axis assigned and then inside the sim i go in FSUIPC and assigne the axis all work perfecly. Mistery of life

Well the solutio is to set the frame rate limit to 30 inside FSX and not unlimited inside FSX and set 30 in Nviidia Ispector.

new user - FSX/SE crash
Well orbx is correctly installed and the library priority is as for manual in dx9 i never had this issue. I wonder if it can be a problem of Nvidia insptector settings poblems, but even so i swicthed from the profile of nvidia i downloaded from fslab to match the DX10 and the previouse i had when i run the sim in DX9 but the result is the same. Anyway i think that it is a slow down of loading texture but sinc it is very slow i have those issue. I will try and search on ORBX forum and if i receive a possible solution i will post it here too in case someone else could need it. Last question, As weather engines i am using AS2016 and ASCA, as u know the last Weather engine By HIFI has their own effects for rain snow lightings colors of the sky clouds and s on and i was wondering if running it in DX10 there is any special setting to do. Thanks Steve

new user - FSX/SE crash
Hi steve thanks i report u back that all was caused by a usb port and the joystick assigned to the trike. When iloaded up the FSLAB 320 I used the trike and since i assignedthe axis thru FSUIPC it closed to desktop. After hoursi noticethat i always started with the trike so i tried a plane with axis still not assigned and all worked. Then I tried the trike and fail again. So i unplugged the usb and plugged it back and no issue anymoe. Anywaynow i have todo all again but i did this this time. I clicked on DX10 Previe the flight start i give power and thesim hang. I mean without ur fix installed. So now i dont know if i should try ur fix or not. Ithink i will try it again and then i will see and check. Any suggestion? Thanks For ur patiente and help

The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Ide\IdePort2.
It seems i solved the problem. I noticed that when i started with th trike the joystick assigned was the saitek Yoke that is assigned thru FSUIPC so i selected a plane that had no assigned joystick yet and the sim started normally. I closed all and started again with the trike and again sim crashed. So i unplugged the USB Plug it back and now all is working. Thanks everyone

The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Ide\IdePort2.
Hi everyone i am having this problem with FSX-Se i ope the sim and the selct the trike or whatever plane in whatever airport i click on flight i start s to load and sometimes at 4% of loading it crashes to dest top sometimes i see the plane parked at the airport for less than 2.5 seconds and again the sim closes. I generated the FSX.CFG many times amd always the same problem. In the event viewer i read this problem The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Ide\IdePort2. - Provider [ Name] atapi - EventID 11 [ Qualifiers] 49156 Level 2 Task 0 Keywords 0x80000000000000 - TimeCreated [ SystemTime] 2016-08-31T23:19:46.961325200Z EventRecordID 134253 Channel System Computer dino-PC Security - EventData \Device\Ide\IdePort2 0000100001000000000000000B0004C002000000850100C00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000004100000 Well i run FSX-SE on windows 7 64, The OS is installed on a normal HDD disk and FSX-SE is installed on a Samsung HDD 840 EVO. I run a Samsung Diagnostic Tool and the disk is healthy, this toll state the disk is more healthy than me, So i dont think it is a disk error. So i dont know what can cause the problem at all. I checked the Dll.XML file and ii saw ,mmultiple entries that for me are all the same but i really understand nothing so i will try to attach it her together with the FSX.CFG. I run only FSX-SE without FSX box. Well it seems there is no way to attach them. Any idea or suggestion? Thanks alot

new user - FSX/SE crash
Hi Steve first thanks for your reply, Secndi didnt blame your software at alli just associated tht before installing i didnt have any CTD and as soon as i installed rebooted and launched i had them all the time. Third when i said i ever run in DX10 Preview mode i didt mean i never tried it . I meant that i never flew an entire fly with them on as once took off and on the groundi had some issues i didnt like at ll and for me was impossible to fly with ths graphic issues missing textured blury objects and soon but the sim started regularly. Now once i have disinstalled the library and the product is there any manual delete? or some entriesthat should be checked to delete? I will try to disinstall the FSlab as well install it again and download and install the new verion of spotlight that reading their forum seems to work as well then i will give another try. Thanks

new user - FSX/SE crash
Hi there Steve, I have never run FSX in Direct X mode preview i d run it yesterday for the very firs time after installing the fix. WHat happened? Well I nstalled the fix and i suppose i followed all the indications and set all like for manual, at least i think so, well i operated this way i had a flight with fslabs a320 from LICC to EGKK. I loaded the trike and selected LICC then the tirke is at parking gate and all crash immedialy from that time on it always crash. then i deceided to move away from FSX librry the feeware scenery of LICC thiking it was a problem of scenery but the result was exacly the same. So i decieded to set the flight from another airport , AS_Lipe. The trike was loaded there without problems then i changed the airport to LICC switch off the trike. Select the FSLAB A320 all ok. I started the flight end the flight close the sim. reboot computer and then i deceided to keep on reading the manual of the fixer but FSX didnt even start anymore it freeze and i had a messaege that warned me to load AS Module i had to restart the sim. I decieded to regenerate the FSX.CFG and FSX started again set all and when load the flight always the same error. The panel of the trike appear for few seconds and FSX cloeeses. I deceided to Uninstall the fixer. I uninstlled the librry then ininstalled the DX10 fixer and delted the DXfixer.Dll from the fsx folder where there is the fsx.cfg. Reboot computer set nvidia like my previouse setting and again nothing always crash. Now i am wondering wht can cause the problem.

Well i am afraid, and i dont now if it can be, that the mic of the headset is broken down since even in the configuration when i talk i cant see the green band rising up,i have to blow inside the mic till i am close to an ictus to see the green bar rising up. Nowi am thinking if i should buy new ones so that the problem is solved or the problem is another but i actually have no idea on how to test it aside watching the in the sound and check that holy green bar rising to the sky

yes i can try. When i speak the commads are not get like it is mute or hard mute i have to scream like a maniac and sometimes the rder i give is processed. Before take off i did all pre-flight checklist and all and i spoke normally and the FO did all i asked after take off i asked fo the after take of checklist and itwas peformed. After that i set the altimeter to STD. Then since it was a longflighti pushe soft mut and hard mute like i always did till 100 nm before ToD. Once arrived there i asked are u ready for the approach brief and no answer , then again and again and again. In the green bar where u can read ur voice command i always read something oplitelly different. I spoke are u ready fr the App brief and in the green bar appear sSET. Then SPEED. THEN STROBES FF and things ike this.I would like to understand what this depends for.

Normally ifi go in the DEP/APP page and click on to another runway activate illuminatesclick on activate and all is ok now it doesnt. I click onto another runway and nothing happen the runway doesnt change. More if i wanna insert a second flight plan in RTE 2 No wypoint is accepted. Problems on FMC
yes but my problem is that i am not able to apply any correction. IF i select new runway example from 16R to 34L the fmc dotn chnage it when i click execute the runway in use is always the 16 R then to cler the discontinuity is not allowed i click on awaypoint and it is not displayed on the scrtchpad. I suppose something messed up and need to install the 777 again.

Problems on FMC
Hi Guysi have insttalled and downloaded he version for SE, The problem ii have is this one, in case i should change the star i do change it but there are many discntinuity and in DEP/ARR page the rwy is never changed. It s always the same.then in RTE2 I want to inset a second flight planfrom the destination of the RTE and the alternate. In my case destination in RTE 1 is RCTp so i click on RTE2 in ORIGIN Field i write RCTP and i receive invalid entry. Same if i wanna insert the route forst point from RCTP to Alternate is KUDOS I write it i click on TO and it doesnnt enter anything. How come the FMC Behave in this odd Way? Thanks
