I have the same problem with a missing bgl file. When I navigated to C:\ \\base\scenery only yo find the folder empty. In fact ALL of my scenery folders show empty. I initially thought the files might be hidden, so I went to the folder properties to make sure the "hidden" box was checked. It was. So, can anyone shed light on where the scenery files are? Thanks!!

The petition needs to be proof read, edited and more focused before I will sign it. That being said, is Lockheed martin even interested?

As the OP just want to thanks all for the input on the 2 products. This is a great forum! I don't plan to ask for a refund; I only do that if a product is defective--REX seems to work fine for what it is designed to do.

I understand that Jeppeson does not produce its FSX Sim Charts any longer. Is anyone aware of another product that offers a moving map for approach plates? Thanks!

I recently installed a new flight planner, FSCommander X. When I drag it to the second monitor and start up FSX all goes well until I switch FSX to full screen mode. At that point the flight planner monitor goes blank. The only way I can view the planner's moving map while flying is not to use full screen (with all of the attending performance issues).I haven't found any display settings that correct the problem. Thanks for the suggestion. On checking, I found that the Addon Scenery file was structured as you indicated it should be, so that wasn't the problem. However, I deselected Addon Scenery in the Scenery Library and the error message has not returned. :(

What is the cure for the error message that says something like "Invalid path to scenery Area 115?" I started getting this after installing the "Utah Complete" add-on. Any advice is appreciated.Keith

Sorry for the double post, I am not sure which forum to post this to. :( I am a newby at scenery file management so this might be a silly question: I just installed Scenery Tech landclass scenery, then when I went to the FSX Scenery Library, SceneryTech was listed at the highest priority. Shouldn't it in fact be below the numbered "base" files? Thanks for your help!Keith

I did a clean install of Win7 and it didn't touch FSX--didn't need to reinstall! Couldn't have been easier. :( :( Keith
