Just noticed a bit of a pattern guys... If I switch on my PC and walk away allowing it to boot and then get back and sign in (giving the XBox app opportunity to load in the background) I have to use the workaround BUT... If I remain at the PC and sign in before the XBox app has had a chance to load it loads with me signed in....give it a try.. This may suggest it doesn't like signing me into the XBox app if I haven't signed into my PC....wonder if we could delay the XBox app loading giving us more opportunity to sign into the PC as at the moment it's a bit of a race to beat it lol

When you say that Ron are you referring to 7 restarts of the PC or just 7 restarts of the sim. The twotonemurphy method did not work once for me so waste of time...I am using the apps/reset gaming services method... Becoming second nature now.. I do hope SU15 fixes this as they (Microsoft) have clearly broken something.

Hi guys, Something strange is now happening with my hardware...basically it is not communicating with the sim. I have no idea what has caused this. In all the hardware UI EG Spad.next they are all recognised and move through the axis but do nothing in the Sim....open up FSUIPC it shows as no events available...I can assign but again nothing in sim. It is only my physical joystick axis (or buttons etc) as my 750/650 hardware and G5 are all fine and communicate as they should...It's just the pushes/pulls and presses that are not being recognised. Any ideas as MSFS 2020 is a no go for me at present..

I default to the loop again... One thing I have noticed is in services the Xbox live game save ALWAYS reverts to manual (Trigger) even though I set it to automatic, apply and save...it's clearly not saving. Right, I have also noticed this... I go into msconfig (system configuration)...select services.....check the hide all Microsoft services, then disable all and apply...message telling me to restart. On restart and opening the box live app I am already signed in with my profile pic and name showing in top left corner so what on earth is triggering it to not sign me in on start up..

Was it the same as me Ron, the Xbox services in the services list via the windows search bit....guilty as charged?

I'm in...seems the recent upgrade set all my Xbox services to manual so they were not starting... I have reset them all to automatic and so far so good..

The above is a no go for me... Followed all the instructions, the repair toll did it's thing... I can sign into my Microsoft store account but cannot sign into the Xbox app..it brings up my user name, I click that and get a Let's go box which I also click but nothing, my profile does not appear in top left corner just asking me to sign in again...as I mentioned, another perpetual loop.

Well, I have tried this more than once and am still stuck in the perpetual loop...although I cannot find anywhere to let me sign out...have uninstalled and then it signs me back in automatically only to start the whole process again. Very worrying and concerning as my Flight Sim is now unusable and have no idea what I did other than install the mandatory update. Can anybody help please...

Whilst in principal it sounds a good idea I suspect that they are there in case you wish to re install them..... Especially the ones you have paid for....it's no different to a store account...I have many in a store list I will never use again.

Would love to but I find in the UK the only airports consistently staffed are the major hubs, smaller airfields seem to be neglected. Be nice if at least once a month (to start) they staffed a smaller airport for VFR flying.

I agree Ryan, Unfortunately though looking at alternatives they all seem a bit clunky and set up for the airliners to me as I much prefer VFR flying. VOX ATC, which does look good seems to be taking an eternity to get ready.

Hello, Is it me or has the in sim ATC got worse since the recent update. I no longer get cleared to land when abeam the numbers in a circuit and do not get a handoff once runway vacated. Both worked fine prior to the recent update.

MMmmmm....considering us flight simmers love realism doesn't this make sense. What mechanic has ever repaired a running engine...tuned maybe but repaired?

Yes, in my case it did not...I have also read that MS may implement FG in a future update so I think I'll hold off for a while. It is running fine with AMD FS 2 set to balanced.
