Since its debut back in the 90's, I've been in love with the 777.Now that ACA acquired the 300ER and 200LR versions, im even more so in love :PCant wait for the pmdg T7!!!!!

What I would really like to see implimented is the side screens with airport data, aircraft pre flight data entry and etc...as it is in real life on the 200LR/300ER.and also a D-to calculator ;)and and to the devs check out smartcockpit.com. they have a huge amount of information on systems and everything else. could be of use.cheersRac

3870 if you're running a P35. later on add another one with x-fire and you'll be laughing for quite sometime.unless ATI sorts out the vista drivers for the 3870x2 (and im sure they will) which is essentially 2 gpu's on one pcb...that card is blowing most things out of the water at the moment.since you have a P35 i would lean towards ATI imo

(bigger die, 65nm)E8500 i've put on the back burner because FSX utilizes multi-core's more so than most games at the moment, so a quad seems more logicalim just looking for opinions thats all.

im in a pickleright now I can either go out right away and get a Q6600 or an E8500...or i can wait for the new 45nm Q9450's to come out in March... im stuck on what to do though... should I wait?the only thing that turns me off of the 9450 is the 8.5x multi :SQ6600 will easily overclock to the 3.0ghz spec of the E8500, and is 40 bucks cheaper where I am.or should I go with a plain Dual core with a stock clock of 3ghz wich already is 45nm? Scratch,I probably wont be running it at anything more than 1600 x 1050 as i dont plan on upgrading my monitor (Acer 22" widescreen)OS is going to be XP Pro for now because i dont really like how vista is running for me...maybe switch back later when they get the bugs worked outas for aa and af settings, probably mild... nothing too high. FS9 looks good to me with 4x aa and 4x af and im quite happy with thatwill i benefit from a 10K RPM or SCSI over a normal 7200 drive? does it make a noticeable difference?cheersAdam

I think PMDG should make a biz jet... like a Falcon 50 or 900 ;)

you can usually find a good route to plan by looking at sigmets and high alt. weather charts on the noaa website :)
