  1. Yes, shift did the trick. Thanks a bunch guy's.
  2. Bjorn, you are a legend. Thank you so much.
  3. I have a touchscreen monitor and non-touchscreen monitor in extended desktop mode. However, the touch cursor appears on the non-touchscreen monitor instead. basically I touch my touchscreen monitor but the actions are played out on my main monitor.Any touchscreen experts could help?
  4. Thanks, I didn't realise this. I will try and report back, thanks. + and - keys are too general for my liking.
  5. Hi all. Is there a way to fine tune the zoom feature within the VC? I use the = and - keys but this is very general. I would like to be able to fine tune and lock the zoom feature if at all possible. Is there a section, perhaps, in the fsx.cfg that can be edited? Thanks for any help.
  6. FSX is very unstable if you undock views into multi monitors. To get rid of the borders then hit alt/enter it will take you to full screen mode. If I were you I would just stretch the front view across all 3 monitors and zoom out. It will give you a similar FOV. Ensure you edit the fsx.cfg file to show WideViewAspect=True
  7. Hi Tom. Yes, I thought that too. I added the script (below) which gave me the main part of the avionics display in 2D and then I added the gauge that you mentioned (bottom) but it never showed up. I am baffled I have to say.[Window04] BACKGROUND_COLOR=2,2,2 size_mm=1024,512 position=7 visible=1 ident=12000 gauge00=f35!mfd1, 0,0,512,512 gauge01=f35!mfd2, 512,0,512,512[Window04] BACKGROUND_COLOR=2,2,2 size_mm=1024,512 position=7 visible=1 ident=12000 gauge00=f35!mfd1, 0,0,512,512 gauge00=f35!autopilot, 0,10,512,90gauge01=f35!mfd2, 512,0,512,512
  8. Absolute bullcrap. 3D surround and 3D vision work perfectly in DX10 preview mode.
  9. AFAIK the patch is no longer available, all of the previous download links are dead. Just a lucky few have it.
  10. Thanks Anthony, that is a lot quicker. The main avionics glass panel is made up of 2 gauges. The strip along the top (autopilot) is a separate gauge that I can't seem to convert. I have converted the main part ok though. I am also having problems with the 3D Hud.I am going to try panel designer and see if that may do the trick.
  11. Thanks bjorn. I did try that actually and it worked really well. I thought there would be a huge hit on the frames but I was wrong. This maybe the best method to be honest. I have also posed this issue over at the FS panel design forum to see what they think.
  12. I read on another forum lot's of users moaning that they chose not to install the stereoscopic driver but it did anyway.
  13. Jim. This is a DX9 issue, I fear just as we had with the first 3D surround driver. Try FSX DX10 mode in 3D and I bet your frames are trebled.
  14. Thanks Al. I will try panel studio as it may stop me going crazy.
  15. Where does one download the external frames limiter?
  16. Yes that did the trick, thanks, I managed to get the main 2 gauges as an undockable 2D popup. The only problem is I can't seem to do the same for this gauge (image below) which is the top section (autopilot). If I try and create a Window05=Autopilot FSX just crashes for some reason. Any ideas?
  17. Ah gotcha. That makes sense. I will try later (when kids are in bed) and report back. Thanks so much guy's.
  18. Sorry I meant GAUGE not Panel.Al, thank you very much indeed so far. If I could elaborate a little. The gauge that I require is the main avionics gauge in the image below. And below the image is the panel config that I have already edited (note Window4 is a copy that I have made of the Vcockpit panel that I assume is the one I am after). However, nothing is displayed in 2D mode, only a 2D HUD. 19. I have recently installed a payware aircraft that does not contain a 2D cockpit. Is it possible to have a panel/gauge that is present in the VC available as a 2D panel. This is required as I would like to undock the panel and drag it to a second monitor. Any help appreciated.
  20. I really hope its better than the previous latest I have installed where I struggle to get 20fps with no autogen.
  21. Ok, I edited the file as below and nothing in the 2D view except a 2D HUD. 22. Due to the HDMI 1.4 bottleneck TV's can only display 24fps at full HD 3D. Does that mean one has to keep FSX fixed at 24 frames? The shutter glasses maintain 120hz (60 per eye) by the way, not to be confused. I get massive blurries unless I have unlimited set.FSX in 3D is incredible on a 50 inch Plasma by the way, even at 24fps.
  23. Brilliant, can't wait to download this. Thanks.
  24. Documentation? What documentation? In reference to the sizing and position of the panel, I don't care because I will be undocking it and moving it onto a second display (as in the real aircraft) and resizing it automatically.
