We are some who are fighting to get the P3D up flying again. Some has uninstalled everything, even Windows for trying to get it to work.. But no - its not working... In my limited computer understanding, something is wrong between Windows and P3d. Or has anyone heard of the solution to this? I have learned t's nothing with PMDG to do. But some error in Windows or P3d. BUT. There are more errors. My P3D v4.1 has been down for weeks. It's not working. I am having .Net framework ctd. Together with others. Prepare3d gives instructions to find the error by going through the exhausting uninstall circus and install a little bit of the time. People have done this. I link to this. And P3d are still ctd. And prepare3d don't seem to no, just now. Well I don't get it... Now I try TDFI 717.. Here Air India PMDG 747-400. By the way when I try to install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 I get the info "that this version or a newer allready is installed". Hi .NET Runtime CTD With PMDG 777-300 I dont know if this is specific to the PMDG 777-300 Only in p3d v4.1 I just flown majestic Q400 to AYPY Jackson New Guinea ORBX scenery and no problems. But parked in Flytampa YSSY with ORBX vector, FTX Australia, GSX, weather AS v4, and starting up the bird. These are all same plane, time and place. All the best.. I got the same... my sim is now unflyable. And I had the same addons before.. So no addon and settings talk unless its improving and not decreasing setting quality..:-D All the best Jens

I am in KIAH fsdreamteam, pmdg 747 v3 Track Ir, fs2crew and when i load Radar contact P3d v4 freezes.. Radar contact is loaded in the Sim connect window. This did not happen before Fs2 Crew was installed.. Regards Jens ...

I see. Thank you for the answer. Because I have Radar Contact, the best working ATC I can get to manage, and therefore I have FSUIPC 5 registred. Which I also need by the way to get X-55 Rhino to work with the throttles. So when i Load the 747: I load default F-22 and then 747 and back to F-22 and back...An after kicking and shaking the bird. ..Then she is ready... Until I corrupted the scenery.cfg with a Drzewiecky Baku X that when I tried to follow the procedure for reinstalling the scenery.cfg which I found different places.. I have win 7 64 bit Nvidia GTX 970 4 GB, i7-6700 3.4 GHz, And the latest P3D OOM.. I have tried to tweak me out of it; but unsuccesfull And tried the recommend older driver and it worked better. After some updates, some programs, i cant remember which now, demanded never drivers. Its strange that Lockheed Martin don't have the skill to fix a computer programming issue. The choices around FSX and P3D by the owners, are really peculiar. Regards Jens

Air India... I believe that I from EDDF once flew with an Air India B747-400M.. Because I went to the back rows at entrance 2L and there was a thin wall separating passengers to the Cargo area. Its 10 years ago... .. I suggest making the Air India 744M. I read somewhere they also use to have two combi 747-300's. All the best. And I soo much look forward to the planes. After the update I lost the profiles, and I have shiftet to P3D Where are all the profiles, I cant remember... There are none on Avsim and flightsim.com Jens

Come on DavidP .... Yes I know.... Engine sounds wonderfull and especially there is something with thoose MD-11 engine sounds they are hypnotizeing... But really is it really full price? Isn’t there a redemption code somewhere when you got the 777 and 737 already? It’s really a whining process also going to P3D and saying goodbye to the JS 4100 and, MD11. The MD11 have been a very wonderful experience. All developers have this policy and providing a P3D version. But this seems somewhat hardcore, and the comments in this tread says, that for PMDG the P3D is something different to them for the demand in their level of modeling. And then so it is. just surprising. I love PMDG; I love their aircrafts, the community and reflection. I have extremely respect for their work. They make their best planes. And I am not at all hinting that they should not take the price for their enormous effort just surprised that this is as it apparently is. Where would flight simulation be, if PMDG not was around? It iis PMDG planes that gives me the impression, that I am flying a real aircraft. Aerosoft A318-321 are close. But PMDG really give you the joy of the magic that works. Let me play with the awe joy and feeling of wonder for technical wonders and experiences from the past.
