  1. Thanks Bryan! You know that I know how good your software and I´m sure this is no exception! What about restoring the original panel.cfg from the button start center and then reinstall the mod one from the voice start center? I really don´t want to mess with hte "stewardess"!! :-)
  2. Hi there, coming back after a long time, glad to find you here again! I already have the button version of the 767 FS2Crew and love it. I liked the Default 737 Voice version too and I´m sure the Voice 767 is absolutely amazing too. My question is, if I can use them both, Voice and Button. Well, of course not at hte same time but if I can switch between the two. My problem is, I got my Sim PC very near the bedroom and when I fly at night, I can´t just talk out loud, I´d rather use a somehow quiet method. So, is it possible? Thanks in advance......
  3. Seems like the usual DirectX problem, download and install properly the latest DirectX distributable. I had the same problem until I got it right, you can follow the steps in another topic here in this Forum. itifonhom
  4. I think living in Germany affected my english. I realized yesterday that I actually called "er-te-oh" all the time!!! Yesterday tried the "are-tee-ooh" version and guess what, works!! itifonhom
  5. Well, the slides announcement is just an announcement, just say it and it'll work!! As for the checklist, yes, it is mentioned but not simulated. You can brief the FO of course if you want, just you won't get any answer (I think at least). itifonhom
  6. Altitude is strange for me too as well as the "RTO" for the autobrake. But still, works fine now for me except I got a feeling that something is wrong with the after take off checklist, like hearing it double. By the way Bryan, where do you come from? itifonhom
  7. If in the load manager of FSPaX the load is balanced then it won't affect the pitch. And I think that 5.0 units are way too much, I put at most 2.2 units and she flies wonderful. May be though the problem was also some overspeed, tried to stay at, let's say 180-200 knots? I don't know if the FO tries to hold pitch or speed and never tried FO take offs either. itifonhom
  8. Hi Bryan, I can confirm now that there's no conflict between FS2Crew and FSPaX. Think the problem comes from the before TO list, I call it too early, before the FA and the FO were complete with their announcements. Until that point everything was ok. Today, I made a flight, waiting long enough and everything worked PERFECT!!! I got a CTD just before landing at Algiers but I don't think FS2Crew has anything to do with it. itifonhom
  9. I'm glad to hear that there's no problem with FSPaX too! As said, I got the same thing with FSPaX green band too, that's why I thought that maybe there's a conflict. I got no big experience with the new FSCrew yet, just finished two and a half flights ( the half ended after takeoff). At the very first flight, without FSPaX, everything was fine. The other one and a half was with FSPaX on and the problem appeared. The only other thing that was changed was the flight plan made by FSBuild. I'm going to make another flight today and see what happens. Maybe there's a problem with the succession of checklists and announcements, I'm sure we'll going to sort it out, I trust Bryan!! itifonhom
  10. No saved flight, yes, default MS flight and no restart. I had the flight restarted though, without even takeoff, due to other problems. Some of the announcements at FSPax seem to get stuck at the green band at the top of the screen. I got the FO disabled at FSPax. I'm going to try another flight tomorrow and see what happens. The things missing are the TO calls, the descent and approach checklists aswell as the ground proximity calls. The Landing checklist works though. itifonhom P.S. Also, I can "see" that and the early stages of the sim, until taxi, there's a lot more false "voices" from ambient sounds. Ambient sounds I mean the default cockpit sounds, no ATC or room sounds. I get a lot of "yes", "set" and "goodbye" with no reason. Later, after take off, no problems.
  11. Had the same problem while using the FS2Crew together with FSPassengersX. Seems to be kind of a conflict between them, had no problems otherwise. Even the FSPassengersX seemed to get "stucked" at some points. Can anyone else confirm problems between the two programms?? itifonhom
  12. Well, I'm sure Bryan is the very best in this area, I bet he would even made home visits if he was able to!!! :-) itifonhom
  13. I've tried only the German voice pack until now and I find it really good!! It could have been a bit more "german", meaning the usual "Veee are ready to start" but that's not typical for pilots. I find though that the FA dialogs could have been in german. Well done, well done indeed!!! itifonhom
  14. Is it possible to assign a key to the toggle of voice? And if the voice engine is off does the rest of the flows still running or requires the engine to be back to on?? itifonhom
  15. Hi again Bryan, yes, this is not a FS2Crew issue, I had this problem before installing the Voice Commander. I was just wondering if you guys actually CAN arm the speedbrake. That should mean that some of my cfg files or something else may be corrupted or something. But if you too got the issue then it's MS bug. itifonhom
  16. I got a German keyboard and the / is # . About the Ctrl I wasn't sure. I'm sure I got the right combo, it works fine with every other aircraft, only with the default 737 doesn't. I can't imagine why. Can you actually arm the speedbrake? itifonhom
  17. Hi Bryan, thanks for the help, I got it now! Only, the thing about the speedbrake, as I said, has nothing to do with Voice Commander. I know there's no command for the speedbrake, I use instead the default keyboard command for arming it, which I think is Ctrl+#. But in the default FSX 737 the speedbrake doesn't arm, just deploys full. That happened also before I installed the Voice Commander. I'd like to know if other users got the same issue too. Or if someone knows a solution. itifonhom
  18. After my very first flight, I got some minor questions about the Voice Commander: 1. When using the command "Speed 250" the FO responses "Speed 250 checked" but only if the speed is already 250 in the window. Should he set the speed or he should check the speed? Same applies for headings, altitudes etc. 2. What exactly should the command "Set flaps __ speed" do? When I call this command nothing happens. 3. Nothing to do with the Voice Commander but I can't get the speedbrake to arm! With default FS key command (Ctrl+# I think) the speedbrake deploys full and I can get it back down only by pressing #. Any ideas?? Just those question for now. This product is really amazing! Thanks for any help, itifonhom
  19. I just finished my very first flight!! I got to say WOW!!! The immersion is fantastic, there were moments I really thought I speak with someone, the very best FS2Crew by far!! Thanks Bryan, you're a genius!! itifonhom
  20. Ok, here's the latest news: I installed DirectX properly and problem solved! Everything's ok now, although I haven't tried a whole flight yet, just the preflight and before start checklists. Today afternoon, after a short sleep, I'll try to get through the programm. Thanks Bryan!! Only the problem with me talking alone in my room remains, any tipps?? itifonhom
  21. I just can't wait to get home, just 1,5 hours work now!! I'm sure it's gonna work and I know I'm gonna love it!! The only problem now seems to be how to persuade my wife I'm not nuts!! Already yesterday, while training my speech rec profile she kindly asked me if I'm ok..... itifonhom
  22. Hi Trevor, I got Win XP and I can see that the FS2Audio.dll is actually there, just the programm doesn't see it. I can find the .dll in /Windows/system32 folder. Take a look in there, although I'm not sure how your Windows are structured. itifonhom
  23. Hmmmm, so I did something wrong! As I said, I'll try to install DirectX properly first thing when I get home and let you know about the results. Once again thanks! itifonhom
  24. Hi Bryan, thank you for the, as always, excellent support. I'm at work at the moment and I can't really do anything to fix the problem but I will as soon as I'll get back home later today. The fact is, that I get no devices listed in the window, although I got a sound card installed and working and, just to test, an USB headset. I thought that this had to do with the missing dll. I got some sounds of the preflight events but heard no single voice. As installing the DirectX, just to be sure I'm not doing anything wrong, it's just unpacking the cab files into Windows/system32/DirectX folder, is this right? Do I have to do anything further, is there any other DirectX related installs I got to perform? I'm sure it's going to work and it'll be wonderfull, thanks again, itifonhom.
  25. Hi everybody, of course, I bought the new FS2Crew right away, downloaded and installed it. My problem is, although I downloaded the NET 3.5, the Speech Rec 5.1 and the March DirectX and installed everything properly and even rebooted, when I start the Main Panel I got the "Could not load the FS2Audio.dll with error code 0x7e. Be sure the FS2Audio.dll is at /system32 ". In fact, the FS2Audio.dll IS at system32!! So I suppose the problem has to do with the DirectX as stated in the FAQs. I unpacked the March redistributable at Windows/system32/DirectX file where all the others cabs are also installed. At dxdiag I get at the DirectX version 9.0c 4.09.0000.0904. At the configuration panel I get that no headset is indentified even though I tried two of them, one normal the other USB. Still, the programm seems to recognize what I say, I see my words in the green and the FO does the Preflight flows as I get the star after a while. So, what is going wrong, any help please?? itifonhom
