As a former FSX/P3D user of the Milviz C310, I'm really enjoying the MSFS C310 version using the G530/G430 combo with no complaints. I also use the Realsimgear G530/G430 hardware so not likely to upgrade to GTN anytime soon. I just finished a flight from O88 (Rio Vista, CA) to KFLX (Fallon Muni, NV). Fuel burn including taxi and cruise was 31 gallon vice 28.1 from Fltpln.com. Performance numbers right on the mark. The thing is a beast but a beautiful beast.

I'm embarrased to admit I don't know how to to toggle back and forth between drives; that's what I'm looking for. As far as I know, nothing is wrong except for what is between my ears. The two Win10 installations are separate purchases with separate licenses. a few years apart.

Windows 10 on both C and E which are both installed. I just want to learn how to easily toggle between the two.

Greetings, I am trying to learn a simple way to access different drives on a single PC. I have a SSD 2TB (C:) and a separate SSD 1TB (E:). I am trying to find an easy way to toggle between the two as my level of BIOS knowledge is insufficient and I'm terrified of screwing things up. At present, I have MSFS, P3Dv5 and X-plane 11 on a single drive. The goal will be to divide things up with perhaps MSFS and P3D on one drive (C:) with X-Plane 12 on (E:). X-Plane 11 will be a goner. Usually, Google and YouTube are my best friends but searches have only resulted in more confusion. Any and all assistance is greatly appreciated.

Do you know of an approximate release date for the WT GNS 530?

Minimum vertical separation for IFR flights is 1000 feet employing RVSM (Reduced Vertical Separation Minima) procedures. 1000 feet vertical appears close and it is but safe.

The TDS offers both 750 and 650, while the PMS offers the 750, is that accurate? Is the TDS updateable as well?

Interesting. I resisted the GTN 750 craze in P3D for the longest time but times change. I guess Reality-XP isn't able to do same for G530/G430 in FS 2020. Thanks for the info.

Thanks Bert. I'm using XBox controller for views only in MSFS and P3D and not having problems that I anticipated.

Situation has been resolved. The issue was the mouse mode set to Lock in lieu of Legacy. Thank you gentlemen for your assistance.

I understand to use the G530/G430 effectively, it is necessary to install the PMS50 mod, available at GitHub (GitHub - pimarc/pms50-gns530: Flight simulator 2020 GNS530 Mod). Without the mod, the unit doesn't function the way it is supposed to. Moreover, the mod provides additional services to add to realism. In my case, with the mod or without it, the cursor on the Flight Plan page simply does not work. Perhaps I'm mis-informed on this whole issue. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Greetings, I'm in (or maybe was) in transition phase from P3D to MSFS when I encountered the problem with the G530/G430 and discussion with the pms50 mod. I've been on discord attemptng to correct a non-starter issue with no GPS cursor. I'm just curious if others have already been down this path.

What would be the advantage of purchasing anything from the marketplace? I've always purchased directly from the developer and also plan to purchase the C310 directly from Milviz. Please excuse my ignorance as I'm just now getting into FS 2020 from P3D, so the entire marketplace concept is something new to me.

I'm just now getting into MSFS from P3D after waiting 22 months. I recently purchased the MS store version and already have an Xbox controller which I assume I can use for views like your Logitech. Question I have is will MSFS automatically assign other control functions to the Xbox? I hope not as I only desire the Xbox for various views in lieu of the keyboard or joystick (Fulcrum yoke).

Is there any available payware scenery for KXTA (aka Area 51) and/or KTNX - Tonopah Test Range for P3DV5? I would very much like to eliminate the grassy areas which are quite unrealistic.

While this is likely a minor detail to most, I think control wheel movement in sync with AP commands adds a small degree of realism to flight simming for either P3D, FS 2000 or X-plane. I've found this feature most prevalent in the A2A fleet and the default X-plane aircraft. Can someone explain hgow this feature is accomplished? I imagine it is accomplished at the developers modelling stage but just curious if there might be a config setting. Many trhanks.

I will be upgrading from P3Dv5.2 to 5.3HF1+LF. I noted you and Rob Ainscough are upgrading from 5.3 to the latest HF1. Will my process be from 5.2 direct to 5.3HF1+LF or will I be required to first upgrade to the basic 5.3 first and then to HF1?

Is Chaseplane still supported? Looking at the forum on AVSIM, there don't appear to be any recent responses from the developer (s).
