  1. I am getting similar FPS to IniBuilds JFK. For me no stutters or issues although it is a very dense area. I am running an overclocked 13900k and a 4090 though. I am very happy with this so far and am pleased to see MK Studios pushing out updates and attempting to optimize the scenery for those struggling with performance.
  2. Flick1 - thank you for the suggestion. I ended up picking up the Just Flight models and am using them now for the CRJ’s instead of the AIG models. Just as you indicated, these models are performing better with proper ground contact both parked and when live.
  3. This is great news. I have the BMW scenery and personally like it quite a bit.
  4. Any thoughts on how to fix this? Tweak the CG or weight in the aircraft CFG file? It is interesting it contacts the ground properly when using the AIG injector so I doubt they will be looking to fix anything. PSXT is still so much better even with this slight imperfection in the aircraft model. Really didn’t notice this too much until I took a look around KLGA. It is full of Delta and American CRJ-900s.
  5. And forgot to mention, but no conflicts at all for the ORBX Key West airport.
  6. I have this scenery and think it is very well done. The addition of NASKW and the USCG cutters are new in this version and a welcome update. This scenery depicts the airfield from a somewhat earlier period, as it has the new tower and does not have the shelter structures on the flight line, but this does not bother me as the old tower is an iconic building for the base. It is nice to be able to fly an F-35 out of here then rendezvous with a moving carrier a few miles north of Key West with super carrier pro.
  7. I am noticing my CRJ-900 models to be floating slightly above the ground when depicted as live in PSXT, and the nose gear in particular is 2-3 meters in the air. They appear normal with wheels on the ground when parked. I am using the AIG models and they have all been updated in the AIG Manager. This appears to happen at any airport regardless of terrain/elevation or QNH. They also appear correctly with wheels on the ground when injecting with the AIG injector. I checked the log and am not seeing any CG or elevation errors. The other aircraft types seem to be normal from what I am seeing. I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this or had any suggestions? Thanks.
  8. No adverse issues with the taxi signs after excluding KLGA from Real Taxiways USA. This scenery looks really nice and is a definite upgrade from prior offerings.
  9. This is my first MK Studios product and my first impression is very good. Although I only got to take a look at it for a few minutes, it seems very well done with excellent detail and texturing. As already mentioned, there is good PSXT data and the immersion of real word sequencing on crosswind runways really adds to the experience. The performance seems very good especially for a dense area. The only thing I noticed thus far was a few taxi signs misplaced on the taxiways, but this could be a conflict with my Real Taxiways USA product (which also is a great product but sometimes requires deactivation of a specific airport for add on products). I will check this and report back.
  10. Yes I use both ADE and the SDK tools depending on what I am trying to do. With some payware airports, ADE does not compile correctly and the program is unfortunately no longer being supported. In terms of using the SDK, fixing the incorrect runway lighting and approach lights for me consisted of adding transparent runways at a higher scenery priority and then selecting the proper lighting based upon my real experience at the airport and FAA/Airnav data. The correct lighting will then be shown while at the same time retaining the original ground poly. It can be a bit tedious to make everything work correct, but I have had success in getting it right with no negative performance issues or other problems. I’d rather be using the simulator to fly, but this can also be interesting in some ways. I will try and post some pictures at some point.
  11. I do hope someone else will take the time to do a better version of CVG. It has some complexities to do well with the mesh but I would be very excited just to have an accurate airfield layout with high quality terminals and cargo facilities. I did forget to mention from my earlier review that the Feelthere version at least had accurate runway lighting (approach lights, PAPIs, touchdown zone lighting where appropriate while Skyline does not have these elements properly depicted).
  12. Thanks for the reply and suggestion. I am still having the error on my system, despite uninstalling/reinstalling, and also unselecting auto start and only starting once everything is running. I also did a restart of the computer. Both were working together with previous versions of the software (PSXT has been updated several times during this time as well).
  13. I have both the Feelthere and Skyline Simulations versions of CVG. Both are unfortunately very flawed in my opinion. After some work, I have become generally satisfied with the Skyline Simulations version after spending a significant amount of time “fixing” it myself, including adding parking for the Amazon cargo ramps, replacing incorrect runway ground textures, and such. I still find both Concourse A and Concourse B windows to look unrealistic as they are completely transparent without any of the blue/green shading as in real life. Some of their smaller ground markings also flicker badly, regardless of any simulator settings. The runway issue upon release was fixed prior to me getting the scenery, and now works fine. Skyline Simulations still seems to have lackluster customer service. I have emailed them a few times including to request a password reset and with some questions about the scenery with no response at all. Some people report they do monitor their Facebook page but publishing a customer service email address on a website then not responding at all is poor business. In terms of the Feelthere scenery, it is certainly an improvement upon the default, but I found the ground texturing to be not as detailed compared to the Slyline version. Also there is some serious issues with the scaling of the buildings. Concourse A for example is about twice the height of Concourse B and looks ridiculously tall. (Same issue for the main DHL building also) The concourses also have some goofy angled windows that are not realistic. In conclusion, I personally think Skyline is more accurate than the Feelthere version at this point, despite the flaws and a lack of responsiveness from the company. Hopefully Feelthere will be more open to updates and addressing customer feedback.
  14. I have been following this thread but have not read it in its entirety. I am now having a compatibility issue with this app when running PSXT traffic simultaneously. It turns red and says MSFS compatibility error. Either program will run without issue on their own.
  15. I think it looks fantastic and seems to be very well done overall. Palm Springs is a beautiful airport to fly into and a nice short hop from Las Vegas, San Diego, or even Salt Lake City. I have no issues with the performance although I am running a 4090 card.
