Hello, If you have issues with the VAS on the DC10, please do contact support ([email protected]). The initial package indeed had several VAS issues which were not detected during testing. We have quickly fixed that and updated the installer. For those early customers who have issues with their VAS, please redownload the package from CLS and install it. We did a few test runs, no problems here. Since another soundpack would give the same issue, try updating the sounddrivers first.

Try updating the sounddriver first, meanwhile Ill ask around in the team if someone is familiar with the issue.

We are going to give this test another go on a fresh FS9 installation. So far all tests worked perfectly fine for us so I am afraid we are clueless at the moment to what the problem could be. If there were many bugs, we could look into an installation problem, but just this one on its own cant be that. I hope to get the test results tomorrow.

Not really. Some will have it already, others dont. In our experience only a handful 767 users ever complained about it. But I do seem to have good news, our model designer agreed to recompile the models with a clickspot. So the next service pack will have this feature. The next service pack was already scheduled for early next week, so should be soon.

Can I assume based on your signature that this is with FS9? Before we start digging into the technical aspects, can I ask please. Have you tried following the flight tutorial?

I can give it another try with the model designer, its in his hands. Its probably a full day work though, so likely he will say no.

Hello Richard, We havent ignored your request, however as I told you before this would only be added if we need to recompile the models, as that is very time consuming. So far we have not needed to recompile the models.
