A problem I have with ActiveSky is getting it to cleanly shut down in a batch file... without it being seen as a forced shutdown If I shut it down using the my Batch file script then the next time I try and load it the ActiveSky startup window flags an error that the last session did not shut down properly If I do this a few times in a day , I get locked out by AS till next day..... This happens in P3D5 and when I start it to feed weather to my EFB for FS20 Thanks for your ideas.... snippet - All the other programs automatically shut down completely when I exit MSFS2020 or P3D5.... (the file waits until FSUIPC7 is not running anymore, executed when sim is shutdown)

I read on Ezdok forum that we have to wait until June 25th for an update for P3D52 ( 2 weeks away ) . Can anyone tell if it works in any way, shape or form ? If it doesn't work is there anyone able to make it work? 2 weeks is a loooong time to wait .... or maybe I go to Chaseplane - does that work yet ? Thanks for any help...

The FSL A320 Sharklets release has some different mouse rectangle values when making Mouse Macros. This makes it difficult to assign functions as common to both versions. I cannot find how to differentiate them ... ie the Title or Name identifier is the same for both of the planes. Can anyone help ? thanks PS. This is for P3Dv5.1

How should I perform the LOWS Salzburg runway 15 - INRO1X departure in the FSLabs A320 without busting 165knot speed constraint and altitude. When I try it goes to auto thrust and even resetting to 165K after takeoff it busts the speed in the manual section of this departure. Would be great to show how in a video segment...

Use your Tablet or Phone as 'Button Box' or 'Cockpit Instrument Panel' for MSFS2020 and FSX-Steam... can make your own layout etc.. I agree it was a joy to install this Hotfix... deleted the whole sim, cleaned the registry, restarted and installed the complete new sim , did the Active Sky update and was back flying as if nothing had happened in less than an hour after download. All sceneries and aircraft apparently intact. Way To Go LM ! (except FSLabs A320 and Aerosoft A320 hiccup)

If you get the type of CAP with the flat straight out peak then the TrackIR gets much better range...... (and matt black is better) I also cut the top off to make it more like a sun visor..... Also, if you want a better reflection from the reflectors on the hat clip then cut out some new reflectors from the silver part of a HiVis vest.... you can even make them a bit oversize... and stick these over the existing.

.... thing I noticed though is the loss of fine detail in the foreground, the whispy grass has disappeared.

Thanks for this thread... and the heads up from 'Micstatic' I did not know about the HD Textures update mentioned above. It was annoying for me having the original graphics which did not look very good.... but now I have just downloaded the ones mentioned above and the cockpit looks GREAT now ! +1 JanekBin did a great job with the Citation S550 using ISG gauges... Carenado have made alternative MODEL files for some of their jets now to enable users to install the GTN750... can we persuade them to adjust things also that we can easily integrate the ISG Gauges (FMC) into the VC and have the flightplan show on the displays etc...

Enroute to Geneva LSGG from Vienna LOWW..... I entered flightplan and then SID/STAR as per video then looked at legs which seemed ok. I then wanted to check that I had entered the correct DEParture and when I looked at DEP page it cleared the existing DEP and I had to re-enter the DEP. Now I'm enroute as per pic and it can be seen that the active LEG is actually 3 legs in front of the leg that I am on. Maybe re-entering the DEP has upset the sequence....
