I ask that from now on folks go back and read their reply immediately denying any sort of refund because I have a "KEY". Before chastising me. I come here for solutions not problems. My so called rudeness was in response to theirs. I politely posted a caveat to my peers on here as a service to all of us end users. JUST FLIGHT in an effort to win my business, gave me a refund. That is commendable and the right way to handle customers. I have since sung praises about flysimwares commitment to realistic feel in their aircraft. I have no problem with them at this time. I'm sure they love all your support but it doesn't need to continue at my expense. I think it's time to drop this issue and move on.

My FMS wont load data (currently have ticket with Carenado for remedy) I used the Flight1 GTN750 as a popup but the NAV button on the Premier is for FMS only and doesnt recognize the GTN750. How did you get it to work?

Same issue here, Bought Premier 1A last night for FSX:Steam (everything is installed in FSX directory) and all the CDU screens show after startup is LOADING DATA BASE 0%. I have a ticket in with Carenado and their first response didnt help. I've sent them all info and hopefully we can get this sorted out. Using Flight1 GTN750 as a pop up 2d doesnt work as the NAV only responds to the FMS which has no data. The heading bug works and this looks like a very good rendering. I wonder if theres a way to manually put the data into the FMS.

Rightseat, your devotion to flysimware is intransigent. I cant thank you enough, or too little for your contributions. Happy flying

Update. JUST FLIGHT offered great service after the sale. They originally directed me first to Flysimware for support and as explained here their response was negative and unhelpful. I made Just flight aware of the circumstances and they refunded my whole amount spent. Once again I reiterate, after watching the video with "joe" demonstrating the flysimware Lear offering, I was impressed with his knowledge and demonstration. I intend to also buy their Conquest C441. However their customer service after the sale is negative and non productive. For that reason I will avoid any future business with flysimware. I'm committed to getting my FSX up to speed and adding many more aircraft to my hangar. I will go the Carenado/Alabeo route and most certainly buy again thru Just flight.

Fair Enough. I feel that no home simulator can ever duplicate vibrations, G's, Turbulence like being in a real airplane. But it CAN simulate proper procedures, flight, climbing, descent, engine management and everything but "seat o' the pants" feel. For that reason I'm happy with Alabeo/Carenado and THRILLED with Real Air. Cheers

got back in FSX after a 2 year hiatus. Running Steam now and so far so good Expanding my fleet of GA birds. Aside from the Duke T and the 310R Alabeo This is my new favorite. The 441 climbs out and handles great. Worth it just for the Avidyne alone. The GTN 750 and an Avidyne are an unbeatable combination. Everything in this 441 works! The autopilot does what commanded. Everything is predictable and the knobs are easy to find and tune.. The documentation is a little weak as I have no idea where to set these conditioners.

Did you not read my last entry?I don't find your admonishment helpful. A lot of YouTube videos don't expose the negatives. the textures in the video were awful by 2017 standards. I had high hopes they would look better on my system. Wrong the graphics are cartoonish and they mishandled my customer service request by instant refusal. Some of our cosimmers prefer function over form. That's fine. I prefer a better mix of both...tomayto, tomahto. This forum is a good place to learn about products and services. Is it not our duty to warn others of our negative experiences so they may learn and form their own conclusions. Besides, I let them off the hook and even praised part of their offering. Blame isn't important as JUSTFLIGHT has agreed to reverse my costs. I WILL do business with them again and plan to announce there praises after I get the refund. Regards

I appreciate all your responses. Good news JUSTFLIGHT is going to make it right by refund. So my search for a nice small LEAR with analog gauges yet integrates a GTN 750 continues. In response to my pre-purchase research.. I feel I did just that. I also gave good props to the pilots knowledgeable demonstration and endorsement. From all of your good responses I bet it does realistic handling. I'll stick with my Carenado/Alabeo/Milviz and definitely RealAir known quantityplanes for now. I won't further disparage Flysimware in fact applaud their efforts and wish them success. I copied their response and feel as I could've been treated better than dismissed because have a key. It is what it is.

I watched the youtube salespitch by the knowledgable pilot Joe seemingly a coinvestor. I bet with his consulting it has good flight dynamics. After spending my $40+ USD I'll never know as I already had to reinstall FSX and all my WORKING add ons to repair the damage from this offering.. As a business owner I stand behind my products and service. I make every reasonable attempt to satisfy my customers and earn their repeat business. I cant say the same for the lowly flysimware. They got my $40 and phooey on me ..

Recently purchased the Learjet 35A. It crashed my system and the textures are cartoonish. I contacted them and heres their snide reply. "Dear Customer, I assure you our product has no effect on the Sims. Please reinstall you sim and then try our product before claiming our product has caused an issue. Our product only adds files to the sim and will not effect how the sim works. Only if you select our aircraft and then you have issues that would be another type of issue. Do you need advice because software is non refundable due to you own a reg key. And like i said our product is very highly recommended by many customers. Let me know how i can help and please just post your question as this long thread is not helping me understand why you messaged today." ....Software is non refundable because you have a reg key?????????????? well, gee that key will be useful for?? Fellow simmers be wary of flysimware products lest you enjoy grief.

Flying around FL today I I tuned to SRQ VOR freq per Skyvector -117.00. However, FSX has it at 115.20 Just so you know... Also in same area. Skyvector chart has no NDB for VNC Venice. yet Flightaware chart does - 205 interesting

I'm having similar problems with The TBM 850. I have version 2 with the GTN 750 mod. At this point I despise the A/P on this aircraft. It disengages itself. Have same trouble locking on approach. And setting/arming the altitude is an exercise in frustration.

I'm currently searching for your tweaks on the Dukes ....One was changing the left landing gear to work so I can set FSX back to more realism amd crash detection.

I was reading your Simforum threads on incorporating the GTN750 in the Duke B60 (non Turbine)Where you directed to make a dummy file RXPGNS.INI or something & I got cute thinking i'd put the real thing in there.. BAAAAAAaaaD Idea. Took 2 hours to eradicate traces of *RXP**** stuff to get FSX to even boot up again...whew.. I decided I dont need any RXP 530 430 or radar. shame though I liked thos GTX drop down stacks.

wont work with Steam at all.

upgraded my win 7 rig to 16 gig on MO. Then upped to Nvidia 1050 Ti. was topping out at 34 FPS before but now seeing 60 + FPS . Be sure to clean up when installing upgrades as my old GPU drivers were dragging my performance.

as stated having low frame rates. Corrected problem by upping to the nvidia evga 1050 Ti and upping to 16 gig on motherboard. a few tweaks with fsx.cfg and nvidia inspector Dropped down to 1 and a half monitor. ( 1 central cockpit, and one for naiads/gps gtn750 throttle quad, or port side for downwind/base vfr approaches. fly GA props from Arrow to light twins and TBM850 and RA Duke Turbine V2. No jets. real wx ORBX airports, old UTX USA ....A Happy Flyer now..

my computer stats should e listed in my signature. Today I added the Steam hd Los Angeles scenery too. and it crashed with an out of memory error 5 times. on approach to Santa Barbara at night with Alabeo 310 LITE -small spot view open on monitor 2 and only the Flight 1 gtn 750 open on monitor 3. monitor 1 of course was the vc straight ahead view. buzzing around in Robinson helicopter crossing over the Queen mary / long beach at fl 020 etc. while troubleshooting I applied the FSX Steam tweaks as listed here https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=359111682 rebooted with each new tweak.. Any ideas..and help welcome.

At what elevation are you cold starting?
