Maybe an ezdok reinstall is necessary. Also maybe those profiles you downloaded are faulty. Get rid of them and make your own custom views, that worked for me.- nothing but a floating cockpit in exterior view

I don't believe they would post an update for us as a big joke. They released it now to swirl up talk and controversy. Its true and they decided to release at this time on purpose.- Quick PMDG 777 SP1 Update
This is great news!!!!! This is by far the best plane for FSX and P3D to date and it just became even better, if you can believe it!!!- Panel State
Thanks Mike, I had to run FSX as administrator, which I thought I already was. Thanks for the help!- Panel State
Hey guys I just purchased the 777 and completed a very successful short haul test flight from KORD to KIND. Everything I noticed was normal, except that when I save a panel state, it is not available in the load panel state section. When I click "save panel state" the FMS indicates that it has saved, but it is nowhere to be seen. I thought that maybe it would appear after restarting FSX, but that was not the case Also, there are no additional files in the PMDG/777/panel state section of FSX. I looked at the manual and, still have no luck. Perhaps there is a specific format or file name needed, but I have no clue. I also did not find a resolution anywhere else on these forums. So, if someone can please tell me how to fix this I would appreciate it?!- The most expensive add-on!
Sadly I thought I was done here, but there's always one more Your are a little late, good bye - The most expensive add-on!
First off, I do not give 2 craps about whether or not you or anybody else agrees or disagrees because I am NOT pre-occupied with theprice/placeholder/comedic value of the PMDG page and I have already said that, this is not my point idc. Second, the first sentence in the above quote was not aimed at you but, was aimed at scandinavian13, lets clear that up immediately. Third, in my response to you in one of the previous responses I made, I was trying to get the point across to everyone, including you. Obviously when you say "I really, really, really can't understand the fuss" you join the group of people that don't see the ignorance displayed in the posts from first people to comment on this thread. In turn, your above quoted is debunked. The irony that you think to be "sweet", I believe, is rather "sour" due to the fact that over and over and over again people everywhere, not just in this thread, but on the whole 777 discussion get pushed around and bullied by people that think they know everything like yourself. In order to break through that nonsense, someone should voice their opinion for once and that is exactly what I meant to do. If you believe I am "raging", I beg your pardon. If you cant take the heat get out of the kitchen, or better yet don't comment. Now when I say this I know there are people here who DO know what they are talking about otherwise PMDG would not have pretty outstanding products. We all know something so lets all make what we know known worthwhile and helpful to the development of current and most importantly future PMDG products. When you do give your input and ideas don't be ignorant in doing so. Sadly this has not happened, especially on this thread, and this is why I am "raging". But once again if you cant take the heat get out of the kitchen, or better yet don't comment. This is where I'm coming from and where I'll be on this topic so in the end this was necessary for some people to think about how they say things here. I'm out. No I don't believe I did Sir I refer you to what I said earlier: The main reason I replied, because people here on the forums attack newer people for not knowing what something is. Bottom-line PMDG could have avoided this and made the reason for having this, on the product page, much more clear. Instead of STILL talking, and attacking people about this matter You have proven my point! Why did people begin attacking, talking about dead horses and the rest of the bs? A lot of people have such ignorant comments here. The fuss is about people overreacting to a simple question that was asked way back in the beginning. Quit being so ignorant and instead of talking about stupid dead horses explain to someone new to the 777 discussion why the product is listed as it is in the first place. Unfortunately by now if you don't get the point to stop attacking people because they do not know something that you do, you are a very small minded person. The people who blew this out of proportion were way before me so go back a page to the top and see what I'm talking about. I would expect a beta tester to agree with me on the fact that you should EXPLAIN to people something that they do not know instead of shooting them down immediately. Stop shying away from the truth. I'll restate it one final time, the reason I got mad is because people shoot down someone because they do not know something here. That's it, I have no beef with PMDG, and have no reason to. I don't care how long it takes to upload a product to a website or how "hectic" a server will be, I don't care. Stop referring back to that topic because you cant cover up the fact some people here post ignorant comments to others when it is not necessary. That's the real problem but I can see some people just don't get it so why should I waste my time on this thread arguing to such disheartening people, you guys just scare others from bringing up other IMPORTANT topics here that could be useful so you are only hurting the entire flightsim community, your ignorance wont let you see it. Nothing else you guys say can deny that so lets move onto something helpful. Regards- The most expensive add-on!
No, just common sense- Pre-download of add-on liveries
I don't blame you! A lot of folks have felt like this I'm sure - The most expensive add-on!
I am not, I am for the longevity that the "humor" has carried on for What flack? The main reason I replied, because people here on the forums attack newer people for not knowing what something is. Bottom-line PMDG could have avoided this and made the reason for having this, on the product page, much more clear. Instead of STILL talking, and attacking people about this matter, it could have turned into another useful discussion that maybe would help the development of this plane even further. People get off your high horses its not that big of a deal, there isn't to much to hate on PMDG about but, blame PMDG,not the newer people to this 777 discussion. That is the point I'm trying to make.- The most expensive add-on!
They should have put the REAL price from the beginning and quit joking around. Perhaps having the real price will too soon will shy away potential buyers because of the price. Also, I believe a company such as PMDG is way more than adequate of uploading the product to the website in time. How much to do you really need C'mon now HAHA - yes PMDG should make this more clear to its patrons- The most expensive add-on!
Obviously PMDG should just take the "product" off of their website, that will end future disscusion about this topic. People stop blaming forum users for bringing this matter up, blame PMDG for STILL having this on their website, that is the real question why do they STILL have this on their website, its not funny and never was.- Release Date Contest
That's true I didn't look at from that perspective! PMDG cannot wait too long or some potential buyers will lose interest.- 77-300 Altitude wing issues...
The reason some flights start out at lower cruise altitudes is because with the fuel amount still high after departure the plane is to heavy to continue climbing at a steady rate and speed, until later on when enough fuel is burned and the aircraft is able "step climb" to higher altitudes. Technically, any type of aircraft really can have this problem, more so in a heavy jet like the 747, 777, or A380 because of the enormous amounts of fuel they usually depart with.- Release Date Contest
I agree, should only be a matter of days now after everything we have seen from the beta testers - Interesting Error after SP1
