  1. Tried for two days to sign-up for FSLabs forum. Two different email addresses. Never receive a confirmation email? Have had no past problems with confirmation emails. Cannot contact them directly without an account. Any suggestions? I own the A320X.
  2. Is there a way to view the course track and the flightplan at the same time on the MFD. They do in the real world. The flightplan page blocks the course track. Also cannot stop the cursor from flashing in the flightplan. I have tried the cursor option with the small button with no success. It will turn the cursor on but not off. I can view the flightplan on the PFD and the course track on the full map in the MFD but the cursor will not stop flashing in the PFD. Anyone have the same problem.
  3. That worked. Thanks again. Happy New Year.
  4. The tuning problem has been fixed in vc. Found a click spot to the far left of the small #2 gps knob to tune the vor. However do not have a popup for the #2 gps.
  5. Is that the file created in the rxp config program? Here is the file: [GNS530] Popup=15531 AutoPilotMode=2 Radios=1 LinkCdiKey=On AutoCdiMode=0 AutoApproach=Off LinkVor=1 LcdStyle=Off AutoWidth=500 AutoHeight=360 Trainer= NoKeyClick=Off DisableRxTx=Off AutoPowerOn=Off AutoRadiosOff=On GndSpdFromDeltaLatLon=Off AutoCourse=Off LinkObs=On ShadinFuel=On RadioSyncMode=Full Brightness=-1.000000 CrossFill=On TCAD=Off FuelType=0 Taws=On TawsVolume=60 TAWS_ALRT_TYPE_NEG_CLIMB_RATE=0 TAWS_ALRT_TYPE_IMMINENT_OBST_IMPACT_CAUT=0 TAWS_ALRT_TYPE_REDUCED_OBST_CLEARANCE_CAUT=0 TAWS_ALRT_TYPE_IMMINENT_TERR_IMPACT_CAUT=0 TAWS_ALRT_TYPE_REDUCED_TERR_CLEARANCE_CAUT=0 TAWS_ALRT_TYPE_IMMINENT_OBST_IMPACT_WRNG=0 TAWS_ALRT_TYPE_REDUCED_OBST_CLEARANCE_WRNG=0 TAWS_ALRT_TYPE_IMMINENT_TERR_IMPACT_WRNG=0 TAWS_ALRT_TYPE_REDUCED_TERR_CLEARANCE_WRNG=0 CPU=0 HardwareDevice=Off HardwareIdx=0 [GNS530_2] Popup=15532 AutoPilotMode=2 Radios=2 LinkCdiKey=On AutoCdiMode=0 AutoApproach=Off LinkVor=2 LcdStyle=Off AutoWidth=500 AutoHeight=360 OKay. I will change the radio and vor to 2. I changed the file to read: Radios=2 LinkVor=2 No change. Thank you for the quick replies.
  6. Installed dual rxp 530w gps with unlimited pack. Crossfilled. Cannot tune the #2 vor separate from #1 vor. They are linked to the EHSI only. Also when I use the small nav knob of the # 2 gps it tunes the com freq. I can only change the nav freq using the nearest vor selection. This only relates to the #2 gps.
  7. I think the Carenado King Air C90 for fs2004 would be ok if there was more thought put into it. It is supposed to be for fs2004 but I don't think it is compatable to that program. Most who use fs2004 use f1 view and having to tune the radios and other items with the mouse wheel renders f1 view useless. You must uninstall the program and use active camera instead. Active camera does not scan as well and there is no scan option when in the spot view. Also the various ways of how the other knobs operate shows no forethought. Until Carenado makes a change from the scroll wheel tuning or offers an option I will not purchase their aircraft again and I have 13 of their planes now. The Aeroworx Super King Air 200 is much better suited to fs2004.
  8. Will this also work for the fs2004 version. I looked in the file ,it seems to be different. Cannot find the two mouse lines you mentioned.
  9. Problem solved. I needed to line select LAX and place it in over the vectors in L1. It works fine now. See screenshot.
  10. Here are some screenshots. The last one I tried going direct COOP and as you can see the solid line starts at COOP?
  11. I click on the LAX waypoint with the line select key, and then click the first line select key to place it at the top. When I do that it works in the 737, no problem. It shows the solid line to LAX. However, with the 747 I receive an error message and it will not accept the change, so I click the LAX waypoint twice and get a discontinuity box under the LAX and I fill it in with the following waypoint COOP and execute. It will then read LAX, COOP, etc and solid line will appear from LAX on but nothing to LAX, the first waypoint in the flight. I don't know why it will not accept LAX.
  12. When input the next waypoint in the FMC after flying vectors it is accepted and executed, but the solid track in ND only appears after that waypoint. No track is indicated to the waypoint and LNAV will not track. If I arrive at the waypoint using the Heading Select and am on the solid track as per the ND it still will not track the course when LNAV is selected? If I fly the same flight with the 737 NGX there is no problem at all. The flight is the Loop 6 departure from KLAX where you fly outbound to the 15 DME from LAX and then turn left and climb to 10,000A over LAX. LAX is the waypoint I input and execute.
  13. I am having the same problem with the PMDG 747 400. With the autopilot engaged with LNAV and VNAV. When the aircraft levels off at an intermedate altitude restriction the autopilot does not follow the speed restrictions entered in the FMC but will accelerate sometimes to over 500 knots and other times will slow to a stall at cruise. I am using REX for weather and have smoothed the weather options in FSUIPC. It is frustrating.
