After I updated the Majestic Dash 8 to 1.011, whenever I ask the FO to set an IAS by the MCP wheel after takeoff, the IAS value will start from 0 on pilot's PFD and cycles without stopping on the desided value. I noticed that the IAS value on FO's side doesn't move. Thanks in advance for the help

With these settings, I was able to fly 2 hours without spikes. I noticed that cloud layers and quantity are related to the problem. Bad weather with several cloud layers will make the issue to appear sooner.

Staying on a correlate topic, how the MTOP takeoff power is handled? If I set it in the departure briefing, at the point of checking the engine rate it's always set to NTOP (while reduced rate works correctly)

This is pretty easy to fix. Ensure you have the "Bump Aircraft" option UNticked in the DHM configuration panel.
