What three things?????

Just purchased Immersion and Precipitfx. PrecipitFx works just fine while Immersion can not be seen. Not at all sure of what to do as I am simply a FSX super fan and are not that totally knowledgeable of tweaking programs. HELP! It looks great and I want to fly!

I'm not 5 77west. I just like certain things explained to me in a way a 5 yr old would understand lol. Points for you for starting at 7. I started at around nine and it was on a PCjr. 1982 or 83. Totally different beast this simulator is today.

I just purchased PMDGs 777 200 installed and started FSX, chose the 777 only to see only the guts and parts of the aircraft. Started free flight and also had the same problem there. I only have the skeleton of the aircraft. Thanks in advance and please, explain like I'm 5(ELI5) how to fix this for my brain hurts.

Have you had any luck with this because I am having the exact same issue.

Thanks Dave. I also removed an ENBseries and sweetfx presets along with FlightFx. Got it to at least start but still crashes. Will try the Addon Manager from the site mentioned.

What Addon manager? I'm currently using Addit! Pro for FSX manage. I'm not sure what I'm adding on to make CTD stop.

OKay I am having the same problem. I'm not trying to modify the fsx.cfg file. I just can't get in. I reinstalled fsx to no avail and then I installed fsx (Acceleration pack) to see if it would help. No cigar. I will check permissions in UAC
